Unbelievable! We put off putting Mom in a home for so long. After she had a fall, we had no choice. I am amazed and so grateful we chose Parkhurst. From the minute we walked in we were met with caring and love. Mom was welcomed with a lovely poster with signatures from all the residents and a heartfelt welcome basket. Tears flowed so often but the staff was there with open arms. Every step of the way that incredible staff was present. When she was having issues adjusting they took her under their wing and made her feel more welcome. I have never seen such care from any care center. It is remarkable. Moms stay will sadly be short, but the amount of love she received is the equivalent of many years in just two short weeks. I highly recommend this wonderful care facility.

I am so relieved that my dad is getting such great care at Parkhurst. The staff are so friendly and approachable. He likes to joke around with them which makes him more willing to accept their help.The staff are great about contacting me and keeping me in the loop regarding any health concerns.

We were very anxious about the move in process with a reluctant loved one, but Charla and team were so welcoming and confident all would be well. Charla helped with tips for reducing "triggers" with the move as well as helping us use non -judgmental, practical, simple language about life transitions. And the transition and move in went well! And fairly smoothly! A big "whew!". Still adjusting, but love the attentiveness and on the spot problem solving with very willing and creative staff.
