I have never been in this building and not seen residents not having the best time! I work with a home health and hospice agency (Enhabit) and have the absolute pleasure of collaboratively working with staff and residents in this facility. From health talks and fun events, to making sure the residents are being taken care of, it's a beautiful collaboration. The resident engagement is top tier and that's because the staff goes above and beyond to ensure this place feels like a home for everyone who lives there. Have I mentioned how beautiful this place is? because it is! Couldn't recommend this place enough for your loved ones.

My father has lived at Town Village for 2.5 years. His monthly rent for a one BR, one bathroom with small den, kitchen, and nice walk in closet was $3,200 when he moved in. This includes utilities, meals, light housekeeping, & activities. His rent has increased 18.2% in 2.5 years under new ownership. The food service is spotty. Sometimes it’s good, other times not. They love their blue/white LED light bulbs/ not warm feeling. The gym is sad. Most of the people who work at Town village are very nice. A couple of them would not be missed by the tenants. My dad left his door open to his bedroom one night while at dinner, and a woman posing as a nurse stole his wallet. She then went on a spending spree around the South. This issue never was resolved to my satisfaction. Town Village rent will hopefully stay locked in for a few years. People can’t afford more for average services. My dad has been reasonably satisfied and the communication is decent with the property manger.

my parents were welcome from the beginning. they always comment on how everyone is so nice. several of the staff members have been there along time which is testament to what a good place town village is to work. we are very pleased that we moved my parents there.

My father lived at Town Village for 4 plus years and it was a wonderful, happy home for him. It is well-managed, with very responsive staff, and the residents are welcoming to newcomers. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and sunny, and the residents are active. It was an all around great place to live and find community.

Town Village is a place full of friendly smiling people ” residents and staff alike. Making a transition from a home to independent living is a bit scary. My family and I were very unsure of our decision and the unknowns we might face. The Town Village staff and residents helped my mom and my family make the transition so much easier. The best part is all the people interactions and activities! I can’t imagine having my mom and mother-in-law anywhere else.

Town Village is conveniently located and offers many Life Enrichment activities for its residents. I thoroughly enjoy that I have my own apartment with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I am afforded the opportunity to mingle and engage with the community or I can decline activity and stay in my apartment. I also feel safe, as Town Village provides their residents with a "Life Alert" necklace. The front desk is immediately alerted should I fall and/or need assistance anywhere on the campus of Town Village.

The Mother's Day brunch was well organized and so much fun. The decorations set the mood.As was the Memorial Day/20 year anniversary celebration. The staff was great and it looked like everyone had a good time.

When I first walked in I was surprised how beautiful everything looked ~ clean, receptionist very cordial, helpful ~ the marketing manager was awesome! Friendly, informative, and very patient with us; in our tour (my daughter and I), we experienced a wonderful atmosphere, clean beautiful rooms, friendly and happy residents, staff in every area the same.... Christine explained everything we asked about and then some, lol ~ I liked her immediately, she made me feel like I belonged there! I was able to view (and select) a floor plan to my liking (daughter approved also) ; I’m looking forward to moving in right away!!! P.S. Christine has made the transition for me very easy; she’s so accommodating with personality plus

My mother Marie Brasell has lived at Town Village for almost six years. It was her idea to move to Town Village having had lunch there and knowing members of her Sunday School class lived there. She loves town Village, and so does her family! We are grateful for all they do for their residents and for the care they take with the community spaces and activities. Town Village has an amazing staff with a great manager. Mother has made some wonderful friends and enjoys the meals in the dining hall. We give Town Village five stars!!!!

We had a great experience with our loved one at Town Village. The staff was so caring and helpful. We enjoyed our meals there when we would come by and share time with her. There were planned activities and small groups of people playing games. The pandemic made it difficult for everyone, but the staff did a great job of caring for the residents during this time.

Town Village is the place to be!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have often visited the facility for various of the extravagant events they have hosted, and not to mention the enjoyable food selections that were offered. This is the place to be once you retire and want to kick back and enjoy life. We continuously spread the word to our church seniors about Town Village.

I have experienced tremendous health benefits in the past seven months since coming to live at Town Village. Both chair exercise and aquatic exercise classes are taught by certified instructors. This, along with healthy choices provided by the dining hall have contributed to the improvements in my health. They provide many opportunities for fun and socialization. There is also a scenic walking trail along the property, which is a beautiful, change of pace activity.

One of the things about Town Village that I appreciate is the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff and employees. The housekeepers are courteous, maintenance is quick to respond to emergencies and requests and the waiters are pleasant and try to please the residents. The open door policy of Steve and the staff to all us is very much appreciated and helpful.

Besides being near to major shopping . . . . one of the most important things I appreciate here is my safety. Even through the pandemic, we have been kept safe. Maintenance crew is so helpful and kind to the residents. Lots of activities. Grounds are well kept. Weekly happy hour (minutes now). Love spaghetti day!

My mother recently moved into a spacious two-bedroom apartment at Town Village. Upon arrival, the family found her unit to be freshly painted, new flooring installed, and extremely clean! Every encounter with staff from the dining hall, front desk, maintenance personnel, and housekeeping was positive. She has really enjoyed going to the beauty shop! We had loads of concerns with her moving in during the COVID virus, but thanks to everyone, she is settling in to her new life.

Their marketing staff, Christine and Deserae, do a great job, and Steve their Administrator, does an outstanding job as well. When my family was helping my Dad find a better place to live than the one he was in we stumbled on Town Village. Within literally minutes of our tour, then having an amazing lunch we were hooked!! Coupled with the services of Right At Home it was a complete win! It was so wonderful, we had my father in law move there soon after!! Lovely staff, residents and home! This is an active living community. The staff go out of their way to make the residents happy. We visited during the Christmas Market. They had 20 vendors show up to sell everything from jewelry to food and gifts for all ages. Upstairs they have a restaurant and we ate lunch. It was like fine dining the food and service was excellent. My aunt moved in since she was so impressed with all this active living community has to offer. I recommend that you check it out for yourself.
