I toured Ivy Park Fullerton twice with Jordan. Unfortunately, my parent's situation has changed and they no longer wanted to move. However Ivy Park Fullerton would have been a perfect fit, it is an amazing location with hiking trails steps away from the facility and it has an amazing comfortable feel to the facility. The staff was caring and I watched how they interacted with the residents and they had so much care in their heart.

My husband and I have been looking for an assisted living facility for the past 4 months. We found Ivy Park at Fullerton to be the perfect place to live, except it isn't close enough to our son and family. It was clean, bright and cheerful, the lunch was delicious, the staff were so nice, especially Kimberly Miller, who guided us around the community, showing us the beautiful grounds and apartments. Thank you Kimberly!

Ivy Park is an amazing facility. We were nervous about placing my grandma at a memory care facility but those fears were diminished with the help of the staff and management. They helped my grandma feel right at home with treating her with care and kindness. Their facility is clean and kept up. They help engage the residents with various activities and helpful care. She never felt isolated or alone. I get health updates which helps ease our worries. So glad we chose Ivy Park over the other facilities.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sunrise in Fullerton. The care my loved receives is top notch. From clean facilities, a variety of food, activities that are exciting and appropriate, to her personal care being excellent, we have been so pleased. My loved one is known and loved. Staff greet me by name when I visit. I get health updates and there is an app available that lets me know info quickly. It’s never easy to place a loved one in memory care, but Sunrise made the process as good as it can be. We’ve used another facility before and feel Sunrise is above and beyond. I think a large part of that is due to loving staff who see the residents as people and care for them accordingly.

I truly believe that SUNRISE has extended the lives of my parents. My dad was there in 2018 after he had fallen and broken his leg. He was there until he passed in 2019. When mom broke her arm last year, we knew the best place for her was SUNRISE OF FULLERTON. Sunrise truly cares about its residents. They have lots of activities including exercise, music, painting, bingo, flower arranging, and sightseeing tours to name a few. There are also regular activities that involve family members as well. We’ve had car shows Cinco de Mayo activities, guest speakers from Disneyland etc. Thank you Sunrise for caring so much about my mom; you are my angels.

I did so much research, toured several places and asked a lot of questions in order to make sure I found the right place for my mother who suffers from dementia. Sunrise of Fullerton checked all the boxes. Caring staff, many who have been there for years, activities to keep her brain active, and she loves the food. They always keep me posted on her status and every time I visit I always feel welcomed. I have peace of mind that my mother is well cared for.

Many years ago when Sunrise was being built, we wondered what that beautiful building would become. Well, in time we found out. We did our research and worked with Jennifer and others to get the timing right. My dad has been there for three and a half years. He has his cat and loads of activities and the most wonderful staff! The “apartments” are set up off a main hallway just like apartments are. The options are: studio; one, and two bedrooms. They have a little kitchen area, an eating area and roomy bathroom as well as the bedroom area. (The one bedroom) Three great meals and a coffee/snack bar in the main area. Pricing is based on services for assisted living and medication help as well as room size. The facilities are top notch and beautiful as well as functional. We are blessed to have Sunrise within two miles. During the virus, they communicated regularly and we did not worry about dad’s safety, or for that mater, never have we had to worry. We get regular staff updates and are very, very happy with our choice of living for him. Go for a visit and you will feel the difference!

Our mother was a resident of Sunrise for over three years. We found the staff kind, caring,responsive and attentive. As family, we felt very included in the family at Sunrise in Fullerton. While the facility has a bit of wear and tear, the maintenance is excellent and the housekeeping is the same. The attitude of the care staff was wonderful. We loved the size of the facility. It gave us an opportunity to feel very much a part of the daily life of our Mom. We were welcomed for visits even during COVID strictest guidelines everything was done to live within guidelines but to provide us all the access we needed. We miss our mother but we also miss the team at Sunrise Fullerton. They will forever be a part of our family. Their care and kindness will never be forgotten.

We are most pleased with the care our family member is receiving at Sunrise of Fullerton. Having lived there for 2 years now the staff are wonderful and always caring and attentive, good food, very clean, lot of various activities, and we always feel welcome there when we visit. It was not an easy decision to move my Grandparents into a Senior Living Facility, it was a long emotional process, with some resistance at the beginning. Sunrise staff was amazing....Jennifer is kind, loving and so supportive of this transition. They truly put a huge amount of effort to get to know each family member and always welcome you with open arms. My grandparents were treated like family and Sunrise accommodated every concern, question and insecurity of losing their freedom. The Sunrise Staff will forever be part of our family...the family activities and all the little extras (movies, popcorn, bingo, happy hour, paint and wine) truly make you comfortable with leaving our most precious and vulnerable family members in their hands. I have so much appreciation-love for the Sunrise Staff, we went into this with hesitation and concern, and it quickly diminished. Sunrise is clean, engaging, beautiful, friendly, loving, patient and warm....if you have any doubts Jennifer is the girl to comfort you in this transition. I would highly recommend Sunrise for your most precious and important family members. After all the deserve the best!!

Truly caring staff, clean homey environment and delicious, nutritious food! Our 80 year old Auntie has been here nearly a year at the Terrace Club, the middle-level memory care unit, and she loves it! She is active, walking with the staff up and down the hallways and out in the sunshine. She plays the group games and visits with the other residents. This home completely cancels out the idea of "putting Grandma in a home", because the residents are comfortable, and engaged. There is a care provider always close by to offer help and solace. Medical staff work with each residents doctors to provide meds as directed, and observations of daily conditions. This is THE BEST Home we could have chosen for our Auntie!

I visited this facility with my 82 year old mother and she had the time of her life. Everyone was active with smiles on their faces. It brought tears to my eyes to see my mother engaged and happy. The staff and residents made us feel very welcome. The downside is attempting to fit it into her budget.

Such a beautiful and cozy place to visit. Every staff member greets you with a smile and will assist with any need. I am so glad we found a place for our dad where he feels secure and we KNOW he is well taken care of.
