My father passed away a few weeks ago in Arizona and my mom decided to move back to Illinois to be closer to us. Belmont Village accommodated a virtual tour and FaceTime interviews. They made the intake process easy and were willing to work with us from abroad during an incredibly difficult time for our family. I was struck with how long staff have been there and noticed that they had obviously had solid training in working with people in this age group. The customer service and responsiveness has been outstanding and being Pilipino/Filipino, my mom loves that there are Pilipinos/Filipinos on staff. More importantly, she is happy with the care and support she is receiving daily from this lovely community.

Belmont Village Glenview is a fantastic place for senior living. I had two grandparents in end-of-life memory care here and I really cannot overstate how fantastic the staff is. Caring for patients with memory loss and degenerative aging diseases is hard, but the staff here are up to the task, from the top-level program directors to the nursing assistants on the floor. They are deeply professional, deeply kind, and the facility is clearly careful not to throw anyone into a shift without the right training for the challenges that can arise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The common areas are clean, neat and well maintained. It really is a lovely place. It is nice to see residents chatting with one another and lots of smiles. The person I visited is doing well there.

The staff and care at Belmont Village deserves 5 stars! They take exceptional care of all of the residents. The facility is very pretty and extremely well kept. The continuity of care and the longevity of the staff is exceptional and speaks volumes.

BV is such a warm hearted place to visit a loved one. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the staff that serves the residents could not be more accommodating and kind. The food is delicious with a lot of choice on the daily menu. A very nice place indeed for a loved one.

Overall everything is nice except the people that works in the facility a lot of the caregivers and a lot of the other staff members they're not so friendly. But overall nice experience my client loves where she is her family is very nice the rooms are spacious they're clean the outside is clean they have beautiful flowers on the outside nice lawn chairs it's very comfortable for the residents thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Belmont Village Glenview. The staff is like a big family to my mom and to me and to each other. They treat the residents with such incredible kindness and patience. From the management to nursing staff to kitchen staff, pals, the wonderful women at the front desk.. and drivers they seems to hire people who love people which is exactly is needed in this very special environment. I wish the rest of the world were this way! The circle of friends is a wonderful program. With so much gratitude..

Our 92 year old mother, with advanced stages of ALZ, has been at Belmont Village, Glenview, for nearly four years now. And without a moment's hesitation, we can honestly say there is absolutely NO BETTER Place than Belmont Village for Mom to get the love and care she needs. Every person on staff shows constant dedication and genuine caring for residents and family members alike. Our decision to entrust the staff at Belmont Village with Mom's care gives our entire family immeasurable peace of mind. That is something that money cannot buy!

The Place For Mom advisor helped me find, look at ratings, costs, programs of facilities near me and develop a list of questions to ask on my visits. After talking on phone to several assisted living facilities specifically with dementia-care programs, and touring several, it came down to a gut feeling of where I could envision my mum happy on a daily basis and that was Belmont Village, Glenview. It has a great open floor plan with many common areas and an open approach to enabling residents with appropriate oversight/supervision to remain active in their own self care, stimulating programs in groups that socialize based on latest dementia care research recommendations and on-site physical rehab and exercise programs, onsite nurses, meds administration, doctor visits, a simple-to-understand 3-level of care pricing model and compassionate, friendly, well-trained staff, an open door visitor policy, and family-focused events, celebrations, and activities for enjoyable visits. Not all residents need dementia care and those who do are evaluated on an ongoing basis for which level of care is needed at the appropriate time. My mums living quarters were accessible and resembled her condo on a mini-level and the grounds and outings provided are all lovely. The staff was very helpful with transitioning my mum in and the mive went smoothly. And the onsite PT/OT program enabled her to return directly from a hospital visit instead of going to a rehabilitation facility.

The staff have been wonderful at this community. The food is good and they do offer outings to restaurants for lunch. They have daily activities and the community is very clean. The community has large windows and is bright and airy. I would recommend this community.
