I am currently a director intern at the Watermark at Beverly Hills, and think that it is a great place to work. I have worked at two other communities that serve the elderly, and really appreciate the opportunity at this location to increase my experience in how the directorship works together to oversee operations, as well as be mentored in the different areas. Everyone is so friendly and attentive; they always have smiling faces! The Executive Director Jill Ford and all of her staff deserve a 5-star rating. The Activity Director Jessica Klascius has been helpful in involving me in their community life as both an instructor and valued directorship intern. By the way, the food here is delicious and the service very good as well! I have a lot of fun interacting with the elderly as I teach classes, play games, and get to know everyone. It has been a great experience so far and I am learning a lot about how a great community works.
