Our experience at New Perspective Senior Living has been nothing short of excellent. Jill Semerad is a hidden treasure, so informative and helpful throughout the whole process of my mother's move into the independent living there. My mother is loving it there-from the many activities to the great staff. She loves the Chef and his hardworking team of servers. Every staff member we have encountered is friendly and helpful. The building is super clean and wonderfully decorated.

My sister in law who is 96 has been there for 7 years in independent living and has been well taken care of by the staff. What she enjoys most is socializing and some of the activities.The facilities has a welcome environment and especially nice sitting area outdoors. I had to get her changed from independent living to assisted living and the staff was very helpful. I could not get through the paperwork without them.I went to at least 4 different homes before Choosing New Perspective. Nice place for the elderly. Bill Whitney

I have 3 family members currently living at New Perspectives. The staff has been extremely helpful, supportive and patient. There are a variety of activities for the residents to get involved in daily. We have been blessed by the holiday buffets and gatherings. Thank you New Perspective Staff for all you do!!! The staff has been wonderful in getting my father in the memory care facility here at the West Bend location. Any request or ask, the staff has supported us, and has been working closely with my father as he gets use to being in his new home. Thank you very much for all of your help to the entire team!!

My wife and I helped to move a disabled couple into New Perspective. The wife is legally blind and has MS, the husband has multiple physical problems and dementia. New Perspective was nearly full at the time. But the sales director, Jill Semerad, went far beyond what we expected for about two weeks to get them placed. Finally, the couple was able to take occupancy in residences they love. I'd also like to express my appreciation to Eileen, the nurse in the memory care unit. She was instrumental in getting the husband to feel comfortable in a confusing environment.

Jill Semerad was wonderful to our family. She went out of her way to meet with us, even though we were very last minute. She is someone who really cares about the residents, and it shows. Even though my parents felt the facility was too large for them, we are hoping they will change their minds. Jill continues to offer support with a home visit, sharing podcasts and checking in with us.

My Mom needed assistance after surgery following a broken leg. Mom raved about how the nice the people were and how good the food is. My Dad soon needed memory care and both are extremely happy with New Perspective West Bend. A special shout out to Jill Semerad that made admissions seamless and got both of my Parents the help that they so need.

I had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting the staff at this community. There was not one person I met that did not seem to have great dedication and fun. They believe in what their community stands for by their actions. Great job and leadership is apparent.

This facility impresses me each time I visit. The staff are friendly and inviting, and residents' attitudes reflect the kind hospitality they receive. The Administration also provides entertaining and community-bonding activities for residents. The interior and exterior of the building is well maintained and always in neat order for the residents and their visitors. Amazing facility!
