Both of my parents started needing more and more help around the same time, and I ended up becoming their primary caregiver. As the soul breadwinner of the family, this was increasingly difficult and having in-home caregivers come wasn’t quite enough. I researched every assisted living facility in the area and Angels was my first choice because of the distance to my home. I could be there in five minutes if I needed to. In addition to that, Scott and Patsy were both phenomenal with any questions or concerns I had I actually worked with them for months before making the final decision to move my parents in. It was not an easy decision to make and something I felt very guilty over for a while. However, they are both very happy there and I will say neither one of them has been to the hospital since they have been there they were going not more than three months before having to go in for a hospital visit prior to this due to falls or other issues. All of the staff is warm and friendly and you genuinely feel like they care. They are constantly asking if you’re happy they get to know all of the residence and they’re happiness is genuinely important to all of them. I am very grateful to the staff at Anglels at Connerton. Most importantly, my parents are happy they feel like they enjoy their home and I have peace of mind knowing that someone is always there. Should they need them. Thank you, Angels for what you do for our senior community and thank you so so much for what you have done for my family

Every interaction is filled with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and you can feel how deeply they value each individual who lives here. The activities are incredibly well thought out, engaging, and tailored to keep residents mentally, socially, and physically active while still being fun and meaningful. And the food? Simply outstanding. Each meal feels like it was prepared by a chef, not a cafeteria”fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully made to feel like home. I have lived at Angels for almost 8 months and couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The staff treats us like family. The food is wonderful here. The activities are a lot of fun. Happy to live somewhere where they truly care about their residents.

The staff at Angel's Senior Living at Connerton are amazing. They not only care for their residents they show them love. My Mother was well taken care of while she was there. They involved her in playing games and things so she didn't feel left out. I and my Mom formed many friendships with residents and staff. I would recommend Angel's to those that are looking for a ALF.

We found Angels Senior living at Connerton through a Hospice nurse. My dad has been there since December 2024. He transferred from a previous assisted living facility. The care and services at this facility are excellent. The facility and layout is very nice. He is in a on bedroom unit with private bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Very roomy. The food is excellent with choices if my dad doesn’t like what they are serving. Also we were able to join my dad for lunch! Also the administrator, Scott, is very responsive as well as the awesome staff! I highly recommend.

My cousin has been at Angels Connerton Full-time for almost a year. She’s well settled into her own apartment. She had the attention of the staff and the director In getting her out of her apartment and to meals and outings, and she is as comfortable there as I might hope for under the circumstances. Patsy, Courtney, Matt, Mimi at the Desk and Scott the Director have always been extremely helpful to me and the many many issues that come up Especially while getting someone settled in.

Choosing a facility for a loved one can be nerve-wracking, especially with all the horror stories you hear. But don’t hesitate to place your loved one here. From the moment my father arrived, the staff made him feel truly welcome and at home. A special shoutout to Scott, Courtney, Patsy, Matt, Tracy, and Layna”my dad mentions them by name nearly every week, which says so much! I’m sure there are others I’m forgetting, but their impact has not gone unnoticed. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My Wife lived there for 1 year in the memory care area. It was a very difficult time for everyone. Patsy Ramos & Rachel Jones were wonderful people. Patsy did everything humanly possible to be there & take care of my Wife, Jacqui. She became a good friend that I could count on. Thank you for everything!!!

My mother joined the "family" at Angels Connerton fifteen months ago and has received extraordinary care there in spite of difficult times during CoVid. In spite of some turnover, the staff under the direction of Rachel cooperates very well to ensure that all tasks get done. What is amazing is the consistently positive attitude and the degree to which the staff is engaged with the residents and their relatives. I know it seems trite but yes, it truly seems like being part of a family. For example, Patsy, the Activities Director, not only schedules a wide variety of engaging entertainment and activities but then visits the residents to encourage them to attend. In addition to her "real job", Patsy has helped Mom with her wardrobe and cut her hair on many occasions when the regular beautician was locked out due to CoVid. "Above and beyond" can describe both the positive attitude and caring kindness of Patsy and many of the staff members at Angels Connerton, including Sharda, Courtney, Ally, Mimi, Yvonne, Johnny, Marina, Jessica, Sara, Olivia...., . I wish I could name them all. I sleep better knowing that Mom is being cared for as part of the family at Angels Connerton !

My Mother has been there for four years. She seems to be happy. The staff is excellent, they take good care of my mother. The building is always clean inside and out The bedrooms and dinning rooms are always clean. The food is healthy for the residents They have activities for the residents The staff is very friendly. Always the staff try to help you in any way they can. When i come to pick up my mother for the day, i never saw my mother upset coming back to the building. I recommend this place.

The staff and facility are nice and friendly. The food and beverage operation is a work in progress to say the least. Management has moved previous staff out and is bringing in new actual chef - hope it helps - the F&B has been the only thing holding back from 5 stars. Super friendly and outgoing staff - they will literally bend over backwards to help you out. Management listens and tries to make changes and improve things as much as they can. Not only will they do whatever they can for you - but they genuinely care - which is rare these days. New chef in 10 days - and if he is half as good as advertised I am sure i will be raising te review tp 5 stars

I don’t even know where to begin, the staff is beyond wonderful. They have made this transition so easy for the whole family. This was the hardest decision we have ever had to make and it is only because of the staff that she is adjusting so well. I will be forever grateful for the way we have been welcomed into the family at this facility.

Both of my parents were here, my Dad is gone now; but my Mom likes it here there are a lot of things for her to do and she has made friends.There are always going to be issues as your parents age, but I don’t have to worry about her here.

My in-laws were moved to this facility from another 18 months ago. The Staff is friendly, responsive and dutiful. I believe they have taken an extra interest in this couple because they are the oldest in the facility and still get around. Different levels of care had to be initiated during this time and I am pleased to say that we are delighted with how it has worked out. The facility has even provided transportation services for us on a special occasion that we were unable to get service from outside companies. My in-laws are happy and have made some friends. What more can I ask for? Five Stars!!!

Very impressed with this establishment, I feel very comfortable leaving my grandmother in their care. I even had the opportunity to speak with the kitchen director, Johnie who assured me that he would work with my grandmother's picky food habits. This established is very well kept and maintained. I've notice how sincere all the staff was not just with guest but especially with the residents and each other. I highly recommend anyone and everyone that is looking for a assistant living place for their love ones to go here.

I would give them 10 STARS if I could! Connerton goes ABOVE & BEYOND for the residents and the families. EVERY staff member is so friendly and helpful. Connerton takes better care of my parents than I would ever be able to. The Director of Nursing, Pedro, is so easy to work with! My parents are both 85. Mom had been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. Connerton has a Memory Care wing and they are able to stay together (after 67 years of marriage, I would not have it any other way) Connerton was an answer to prayer!
