Since the new Excutive Director came on board, everything has gone to hell. Landscaping is run down at the main entrance to the facility. And many more changes.

Bneeisha Williams has been such a help to us. She's knowledgeable and so very friendly. From the first tour we took to find my Mother-in-law an apartment, through the follow up questions, and move in, she has been there for us. Now she is ensuring the first weeks of settling in is going well, checking in with my MIL and us all the time. Such a wonderful, caring person.

My wife and I have spent a great time of time and energy looking for an Assisted Living facility for my Mom. We finally decided to choose Paramount House. We were impressed with the facility & personnel. Bneeisha Williams, the Community Relations Director has been the person who made our decision much easier . She has taken the time and patience to answer all our questions and help us through all the steps. She's fabulous!

Beautiful facility professionally managed and maintained. Zenith NEMT provided excellent 5 star wheelchair and gurney transportation to Paramount House Senior Living and was completely impressed with the level of care provided to its residents

I moved both of my parents in to this facility 4 years ago. My parents went kicking and screaming, afraid we were dropping them off at a nursing facility. Once here, my parents quickly realized it was nothing like that. Each apartment is just that, their apartment. They are free to decorate and live here just as they did at home. The bonus is they now have meals, housecleaning and laundry provided for them (at no extra cost) They quickly got used to no longer having to do these things, leaving them more time to enjoy activities such as bingo and coffee chat or just listening to music. Although my dad prefers to stay in his room, my mom is always busy. Best decision we ever made.

Speaking as an employee, Paramount House is a fantastic place to work. The team’s dedication to the resident’s care, safety, and emotional well-being is paramount. (sorry for the obvious descriptive). They treat the residents and their families like family.The longevity of many of the team members is a testament to their dedication to our community! My brother had been in several care facilities and care was bland. No activities provided, he would sit in front of t.v. bored and slept a lot. He was no longer that outgoing person, I could see him loosing desire to participate with family. His son continued looking for a place that had activities and staff that cared. My brother is 93yrs old, a Korean war wounded veteran has balance issues (left arm amputated) Im very pleased with his care and his participation in a variety of activities. He mixes well with other residents especially in dining room. His room is always tidy and he enjoys when staff drop by and chat with him.

Im very happy my father seems to be well taken care of and he loves his facility. Everyone is extremely nice and concerned. I get numerous updates regularly by every one at facility. I feel they are handling covid carefully, constantly updating and changing process as needed when there is concern, clients family receive letters along with phone calls regularly. I wish everyone the best and safe dwellings.

My mom has been living at Paramount now for nearly four months, and hasnt been this happy in years. She had been living alone in her home getting home care three times a week, but at 92, it was time to move her to a more stable environment. Since she didnt want to move to Oregon where my wife and I live, we were very lucky to find her a spot at Paramount House. She is stubborn, and did not want to move into a home, but once we took her in showed her around and met the staff she relented, and now she has no desire to go back to the house. I dont understand the negative reviews. Perhaps there was a staffing change because the staff is great, and mom loves it there. Jon the fellow who gave us the tour was a gem. He and one of the maintenance staff Larry, talked with her at length, listening to her stories and addressing her concerns (see pics I took). One of my showstoppers is lack of cleanliness, especially the smell of urine. The facility has always been clean, with no bad smells. The rooms are huge and modern. Mom cant remember how to operate a phone, so I can call and they will take the phone to her. The food can be a little bland I guess, but as seniors, Im guessing spicier food might be problematic. All in all, mom is happy so I am too.

At the beginning of this year, I decided to start looking into a new home because I was tired of living by myself. After visiting all of the communities in Vacaville, I decided on one place that felt just as comfortable as my home was. Paramount House was my choice, and Im glad I made the right decision! I love it here because the staff is friendly, I get the care I need, and theres always something to do. I think the food is good too!

After having a tour and putting a deposit down we found they started out with a lower price than other communities but then added more levels. We were a level 5 with $1500 extra and each level jumped $300 more. The facility was beautiful, looks clean, and nice but their way of pricing I didn't like.

I thought this place was a great facility and had a lot of great amenities available to all of there residents. The staff where very friendly during our tour and made sure to give my loved one and I lots of great information about there community. My dad was just not needing as much care as this assisted living was providing.

I am happy with this community. The staff is very through with my mom's care. They were able to work with us in her care. My mom is very happy here. Mom's room is always clean and she has them bring her the meals. They are very caring. She is now happy with participating with the activities. My mom is able to have her dog with her, they are very accommodating to all of her needs. They keep me informed on her progress. We would recommend this wonderful communiy

My dear friend is just tickled to death about her new living environment in this community. All of the staff have been very friendly and she has made lots of new friends with all of the residents. Another thing she has been participating in a lot is all of the activities they have going on throughout the week, especially bingo. They provide her with three meals a day that are restaurant quality so she doesn't have to worry about dishes or the cooking. Overall she is very happy and I have a peace of mind with her living there.

My mother lived at Paramount House for 2 years until she passed away in April 2016 and it was a great experience for the whole family. Mom made great friends and enjoyed her independence in her apartment because of all the support she received. We knew she was well taken care of and the staff was always responsive to her needs. I was there at least once a week during the length of her stay and I always found the facility clean and the residents happy and engaged. It has a family feel and it is smaller than some of the other local options so it was perfect for my mother.
