My Aunty lives here.she absolutely loves it!!! I have been there several times to visit.and yes like most facilities sometimes she does wait, but not too long and sometimes they are short staffed.but the staff, have never been short with her! Facilities are supposed to mimic your/our home.well at my house sometimes you wait a minute! My aunty has had the choice to go other places.she is adamant not to go anywhere else.she is of sound mindso when she tells me she loves it because the employees are so good to her I’m compelled to believe her!!! I want to say thank you to all of you that work there for keeping her happy and safe!!!

I have been living here for 3 years now, came here from a long term facility. While the place does have some issues, all in all it could be a lot worse. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents. The management is doing a wonderful job of getting things turned around from where it was. People are going to complain no matter where they live, I am just grateful that I have a roof over my head, a warm bed to sleep in, good friends around me, and food in my belly. As I said before, it could be worse. I plan on being here for as long as they will have me!!

Meadow Falls in Madison has been my home now for almost four months and I must say that I could not be in a better place; from staff to nursing and from dietary to housekeeping and maintenance, all have been right on the spot and taken care of all my needs. The staff are always ready to help with any issue and are available when we need them. All the nurses as well as the caregivers want to be here and it is so obvious that they care and are here for a higher purpose than just a pay check. The kitchen staff is amazing. For example, we had BBQed ribs yesterday. Actually ribs with the bone still in!!! The cooks fill our plates with common dishes along with our favorites from around the world. We have a dedicated laundry and all of a residence laundry is completed and returned on a certain day each week. It is folded or hung up. We have a team of maintenance men who are Jonny on the spot!! They always have a kind smile and are ready to help from installing your cable box to mending the doors and from unclogging the drain to moving furniture from you. Many of the rooms have already been renovated to wood flooring within the living room and bedroom. The walls are freshly painted and the drapes are wonderful with a great view. The bathroom has grab bars with plenty of shower space. The staff is impeccable and really want to help the residence whether it be a medical issue or any other problem you have. There are other specialty caregivers that also come in throughout the week. This is my home now and I could not be happier. Sincerely: Dawn Marie McAnally

Truly love this building with a welcoming receptionist and a front lobby that feels like home. The staff are amazing and are some of the top caregivers that really do care about your loved one’s. The management staff are on top of their game in making sure excellent care and a friendly family orientated atmosphere.

Madison at lantern is now meadow falls of madison . Do not take your loved one here ! Worse place ever ! They didnt call when my mom would fall . She even fell and ended up in hospital with fractured back among other things and didnt tell me. They tell me they dont have my number when one of the nurses had been calling me for her for a month.. Absolutely terrible place. Can't keep the staff. All the devoted people working told me they where quiting because they cant stand by and watching what goes on there anymore and they won't do anything about it. One lady down stairs was throwing my mom in bed because she didnt want to go to bed.

Our grandma lived here through the end of her life. Staff were kind and very accommodating. They offered full service care and allowed Hospice to come in and help as well. We couldn’t have done it without their help!

Nicole & Jenn & the Lantern are truly heaven sent. I can’t express how much I am grateful for their loving support for my sister. Truly blessed to have my sister to be residing in such a loving facility. My sister is beyond grateful to be living there. This facility is top notch! I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Lantern of Madison for your loved ones. Can’t thank them enough for the kindness they have shown to my sister & I.

My mother is in the basement. I don't like that. She's use to big windows watching deer, raccoons, birds, etc. Caregivers are very nice. I get runaround sometimes trying to talk to my mom.

This is a wonderful facility; clean, secured and a safe environment, daily programs, special outings and shopping, caring staff and delicious and nutritious meals and snacks. This facility provides for your loved one safely and happily! I’ve been known to this facility for many years; my aunt, mother in law and most recently, my own mom, resided here. I would highly recommend this facility for a safe and secure facility that treats the residents with love and compassion. The residents seem happy and content as well; they encourage and welcome family involvement.

My family member is thriving here. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, experienced and helpful, they actually CARE. At the Lantern of Madison, there is respect for human dignity with each individual client. You can witness it and you feel it. It is truly a Home away from home.

I do not even live in this state but I seen a article on Facebook about this place and decided to google it! Just by the virtual tour I can tell this is a lovely place!!! What a wonderful idea! Only bad thing is that I didn't think of it myself!!! Wish more facilities were the same as this great place!!!

What an AWESOME facility and group of people. They do so much for their residents to keep them active and cognitive. If you have a chance and they have an open house make sure to stop in and visit.
