Brookdale is a great place to work. I have been here for 6 months and I have a whole new family! The residents are the best and you will be loved by them . Staffing is and will always be an issue. Both of my parents were residents of Brookdale. The people are professional and friendly. I felt like my parents were safe and well taken care of. Lori Jaeckel, especially is such a wonderful person. She checks on each and every resident and gets them involved. She is great with both residents and their families. She understands conflicts within the family and is so helpful. Her cheerfulness seems unending.

Ive been visiting a resident here once a week since 2012 and I think its a a very caring environment. Many of the staff are the same as back in 2012, and they seem to truly care about the residents. Special kudos to social director Lori with her wide variety of activities and guests and in particular her little therapy dog Taylor. I also like the hairdresser. All seem to be very patient, attentive, and truly affectionate toward the residents, and the decor is cozy and welcoming.

My wonderful 105 year old x mother in law has lived here since November 2012 and I have found the place to be clean, well managed, and filled with truly caring caregivers. Lori does such a wonderful job in involving the residents and their families. Brookdale has been a blessing for our family and our loved one.
