Brookdale provided care for my Father in Law for over 4 years. We can't say enough positive things about how professional and caring they were with our Father and Mother. They provided him with the upmost care of palliative treatment when needed. They communicated with us often and answered any of our questions. No wonder our Father thought so highly of Joely and her team. He would smile when he saw them walk into the room and joke with them constantly. We can never thank Brookdale and the Hospice team at Traditions Health enough, for the way they honored our patients until their last breath.

I cannot say enough great things about this community!!!! Awesome people taking care of our seniors. Its clean, everyone is happy. The food is awesome! The tenure of the staff here is outstanding. I highly recommend Brookdale Brushy Creek!

I was looking for Brushy Creek Acute Care and never made it Into to the building. But the building looked like a typical run down nursing home. I hope the inside looked and smelled better than the outside parking lot sis.

My name is Skeeter Tice, I work at Brookdale Brushy Creek in Greer South Carolina. I am currently in the culinary Institute called it’s called Escoffier school for the arts, to be A cook. At Christmas time there was a contest for Escoffier and I entered both meals I had made for Christmas Day and plaited for the residents. I found out a couple of days ago that I came in second place out of over 700 entries. I won a Japanese cleaver, and I’m very proud to say that the residents really do get good food. It is also colorful and the residents do like it. Thank you Brookdale Brushy Creek for giving me the opportunity to work for you I am proud to say that I am a cook in your facility

Brookdale has been amazing to my loved and cherished family member. They treat him like his own family would. During the Covid-19 quarantine they made sure that he could video his wife at least once a week and make sure she was ok. They kindly accepted things I would drop off for him at the door, and made sure he got the food, drinks, cards or magazines I left him. In a never before pandemic Quarantine across America and the world they handled everything beautifully from keeping him well fed and cared for. We go to see him through the window and he seems so happy under the circumstances. Thank you Brookwood Staff at BC for stepping up and while leaving your families behind took care of ours. May God Bless and Keep you all healthy~

My mother is a current resident at Brookdale Brushy Creek. This is a very nice facility and has provided very good care for my mother. She has adjusted very well and continues to maintain her Independence with minimal assistance. However, it seems as though the morale of the staff has declined. Within the past year,as well as the past few months there has been a significant turnover in upper management and staff. It is concerning to me because it seems my mom is losing interest in participating in the daily social activities. It seems as though the facility is losing the"family feel" that attracted us to this facility. In the past the caregivers at Brookdale made a very difficult transition much easier. I hope these concerns will be addressed and the warm welcoming feeling will return to this facility.

We had a wonderful tour of this community. It is in a very nice location, and everything went well. The staff was kind, and helpful. Our questions were answered. The community was nice, and clean. It was a good experience, but we did find another community that suited my grandmothers needs better.
