The maintenance man iS a bully. He belittles you in front of everyone. Make sure you park your car in the right spot , make sure you drive the right speed in the lot because he will monitor your speed even though it isn't posted. He will yell at you and bang at your door if you aren't quick enough to move your car during a snow storm. He is a bully unless you have a dog. His name is [name removed]. The biggest reason I moved out. Don't move here unless you don't care about your privacy, people will ask you where you are going every single day. It's like living in a hotel with an obnoxious maintenance man.
