The staff is amazing and they have made so many huge changes over the years. Don't look at the negative comments as they are so old. This place needs a chance. My mother loves it here and has no complaints. They treat her like their own mom. Yes, I have seen it with my own eyes. Keep up the great work.

My mom, Nancy Benner, had to stay for 3 weeks in the memory care side of Traditions II. This need was for a temporary place of residency, that happened quickly, and the staff was able to accommodate a room on a days notice. The staff have a "Genuine Heart" for what they do in serving the residents, as well as the family too. It only added to my confidence when a gentleman, (who visited his wife daily), told me that they interviewed 9 different memory care facilities, before deciding on Traditions II, which spoke volumes to me! So you don't need to look elsewhere! The staff also worked closely with nursing home/doctors in Mason City, IA to guarantee a smooth transition, which took a lot off of my plate also. So during tough family times, Traditions II, was the "Glue" that held us together, while honoring mom, which is what it was all about! Thank You

we as a family were in need of a comfortable residence for our uncle .... quickly. Traditions II of Owatonna came to our rescue. He was diagnosed with a very angry form of dementia. No one would or could help us in a very tight timeline.....Traditions came through. We visited the facility, found it to be very clean and the personnel friendly. In two days we had him moved in and situated. THANK YOU TRADITIONS II!!!!!

This is the 3rd facility my mother has been in over the last 5 years. She seems the happiest she's been in quite a while. There are a lot of daily activities and the food seems quite good. Staff is very welcoming and attentive to the residents from what I can tell. Overall our family is very pleased.

My mother recently moved into this facility and this last weekend was my first opportunity to visit her since her move. I had a hard time finding her because she was busy gardening outside. She loves her new home and has made a couple new friends. I'm happy to see her happy.

I've been doing contract work for all of the Traditions facilities for close to 10 years and have developed great relationships with many of the staff. The care of the residents is #1 priority at all of the facilities. When my folks reached that next stage in their life Traditions was the first place I looked. They were accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately due to the medical needs of my step father they had to relocate to a facility that could provide more intensive care which meant that they both had to move away but the staff at Traditions made that transition happen very seamlessly. Thank you all for the care you provided.
