I never thought I would find a more perfect place for my mother until now. The staff is so wonderful and treat my mother like family. The community has smiles on their faces and I know they are also happy. The one that made me feel that this was the place for my mother is Joe. I appreciate the great soul he has and goes beyond the normal person to make you feel loved.Thank you all for making my beautiful mother safe and happy.

So grateful for the team at this facility. My mom was able to stabilize and greatly improve her quality of life because of their care. They took the time to get to know her and personalize her care plan. I always knew she was safe and supported.

I find the" facility" clean and welcoming. Staff is wonderful and I've watched the way they talk with the elderly residents. Very kind and compassionate I highly recommend Brookdale thus far

Horrible accounting, employees state they are understaffed. Pulled our mom out after she was not being provided the care we paid $2000 for. Only bathed once in 21 days, not taken out to the general area they stated, didn't deliver medications as promised. I have text messages from her Occupational Therapist describing how they found her at 10. Aug 27 I pulled my mom from their care. Sept 12th my brother went in and negotiated the final payment just to get mom off the books. Still in Oct I am getting collection calls, I am not her financial power of attorney. My brother just got another late notice and $250 late fee. We are very close to calling our attorney if this does not get shut down fast and we get an apology. The only bright spot is the field staff, the actual folks working the floors were great, its management that should be fired and more staff hired.

I can say without qualification, the staff and administrators are exceptional - both caring and compassionate. While moving my parents into Brookdale-Redmond and then transitioning my father to memory care, everyone there was genuine and thoughtful. I would recommend this facility to any family needing to relocate their family or loved ones.

I would like to compliment Marcie Duthie, Sales and Marketing Manager. From the first telephone call I made to Brookdale to the day my mom moved in, Marcie went above and beyond to help us. She made the process easy with her compassion and understanding. She gave us her personal, off-the-clock time to help my mom transition. She also helped me to understand my moms needs and that shes not losing her independence, shes gaining her freedom. I dont know if I am equipped with the necessary tools to do what Marcie helped me do to give my mom a better life. Thank you, Marcie!

If you are looking for a place that is not a facility, but a home for your loved one Brookedale is the place. The staff is compassionate and caring. They treat each individual to their special needs. They look into the background of your loved one so they are able to connect with them and have meaningful conversations. Brookedale goes the extra mile to make sure not only your loved one is cared for, but they also give the whole family peace of mind knowing that their family-loved one is cared and loved for in every aspect but still allowing your loved one to keep their Independence. The food is absolutely wonderful! There are many activities that every resident finds enjoyable and the building is beautiful, welcoming and always clean.

In my experience Brookdale Redmond is the best choice for senior care. The new executive director Cindy is the most compassionate, caring, professional and honest person Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The staff goes out of their way to provide exceptional care. If you are looking for a care facility to place your loved one I highly recommended Brookdale Redmond. In a world that seldom seems to deliver what is promised they are the exception.

They take great care of Mom including personal care and administration of meds. There's no way we could take care of her at home, but they do a great job and give her lots of opportunities for socialization.

She really likes it. They have done a good job. The food is pretty good. I think they could be a little more proactive with getting her up and walking her around, that kind of thing, being proactive with their health, and medical concerns. They really wanted her here, and even changed the room around a little to be better suited to her. They went out of their way to have her here and make her feel welcome. That is the reason we chose them.

My loved one lives here. We like the facility a lot but it is a little expensive and there was a bit of information regarding the cost of care that was not given to us until we got our first bill. However, the staff seems to be doing well with them and the building is kept pretty clean. They offer the same 3 or 4 food options every day and then they have other options you can choose from or ask for. Ive seen what they serve and, to me, it doesnt look that appealing. Another resident complained that they wouldnt even feed it to their dog, but it at least seems to be well balanced and nutritious. The medication department talks with their doctor about once a week so theyre both in sync and giving them the right medications. Its been a bit of a transition, but were working through it.

So far they have been taking very good care of my mom at Brookdale Redmond. It is a beautiful well-maintained community. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was. It feels like walking into a hotel or resort, not an assisted living facility. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Her apartment is very bright and airy and clean smelling. They provide activities and outside excursions which she has just started to participating in. She has been going down to the dining room to eat and socialize with the residents and she is getting acquainted and making new friends. Outside they have a garden area where the residents can plant and attend to the beautiful flowers, and there is a nice pathway to walk around and enjoy the nicely landscaped grounds. I would recommend this community to others, so far I am very impressed.
