Finding a new home for a loved one that needs additional help in the aging years of their life is an emotional task. So many worries and concerns. Will they like it? Will they be safe? Will they be cared for in a nurturing and respectful manner? These were a few of the million questions I had. Then I met Joe and the staff at Brookdale and quickly my worries went away. Joe was accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, comforting and funny. He was wonderful with my mom as was her entire care team. Her apartment was beautiful and she felt at home right away. The nursing and care team at Brookdale are all so nice and gentle and patient. My mom would tell me funny stories about her visits with Joe and the staff at Brookdale. I'm so thankful for Brookdale and the excellent care they gave my mom.

I am in this facility multiple times a week. I am very impressed with the care and compassion that the staff have for their residents. There is a wonderful feel inside the building, activities and conversation. Many of our clients and patients are happy living at Brookdale Redmond. I would highly recommend it an option for your loved one.

I’m am very pleased with Joe, and his involvement with every single resident at Brookdale. I felt a personal connection he had with both of my parents, and they adored him. He made the passing of my parents very personal and heartfelt, as he respected them immensely, as well as myself. I’ve witnessed Joe’s involvement with all other residents at Brookdale, and he makes everyone feel cared for and important. 10 stars to Joe!! He’s a gem.

My brother was in the memory care unit at Brookdale and recently passed away. From everything I saw he was well taken care of, always clean, the caregivers were attentive and did a good job, and everyone was friendly. One person in particular, Joe Zampko, sales manager, was very kind to my brother, often checking in on him, making him laugh/smile, bringing him treats, and being a friend. We couldn't have asked for a better place for my brother.

I honestly don’t know what I would do without Joe Zampko. He has a strong professional work ethic with a sense of care and compassion for all residents. He is always there to assist my father and goes above and beyond. It is comforting to know that he is there if my father or I need him. We are extremely fortunate to have him, so very grateful for Joe.

One of the staff personally purchased linens when my friend moved in and didn't have linens available. I only learned about this later but it was emblematic of the concern and care the staff showed for my friend and everybody else there.

I never thought I would find a more perfect place for my mother until now. The staff is so wonderful and treat my mother like family. The community has smiles on their faces and I know they are also happy. The one that made me feel that this was the place for my mother is Joe. So grateful for the team at this facility. My mom was able to stabilize and greatly improve her quality of life because of their care. They took the time to get to know her and personalize her care plan. I always knew she was safe and supported.

Horrible accounting, employees state they are understaffed. Pulled our mom out after she was not being provided the care we paid $2000 for. Only bathed once in 21 days, not taken out to the general area they stated, didn't deliver medications as promised. I have text messages from her Occupational Therapist describing how they found her at 10. Aug 27 I pulled my mom from their care. Sept 12th my brother went in and negotiated the final payment just to get mom off the books. Still in Oct I am getting collection calls, I am not her financial power of attorney. My brother just got another late notice and $250 late fee. We are very close to calling our attorney if this does not get shut down fast and we get an apology. The only bright spot is the field staff, the actual folks working the floors were great, its management that should be fired and more staff hired.

I can say without qualification, the staff and administrators are exceptional - both caring and compassionate. While moving my parents into Brookdale/Redmond and then transitioning my father to memory care, everyone there was genuine and thoughtful. I would recommend this facility to any family needing to relocate their family or loved ones.

If you are looking for a place that is not a facility, but a home for your loved one Brookedale is the place. The staff is compassionate and caring. They treat each individual to their special needs. They look into the background of your loved one so they are able to connect with them and have meaningful conversations. Brookedale goes the extra mile to make sure not only your loved one is cared for, but they also give the whole family peace of mind knowing that their family/loved one is cared and loved for in every aspect but still allowing your loved one to keep their Independence. The food is absolutely wonderful! There are many activities that every resident finds enjoyable and the building is beautiful, welcoming and always clean.

I would like to compliment Marcie Duthie, Sales and Marketing Manager. From the first telephone call I made to Brookdale to the day my mom moved in, Marcie went above and beyond to help us. She made the process easy with her compassion and understanding. She gave us her personal, off-the-clock time to help my mom transition. She also helped me to understand my mom's needs and that she's not losing her independence, she's gaining her freedom. I don't know if I am equipped with the necessary tools to do what Marcie helped me do to give my mom a better life. Thank you, Marcie!

Brookdale Redmond truly has a feeling of community. Their food is amazing and all made from scratch. They have monthly events that keep families together without the exhaustion of cleaning up or planning. The staff really takes the time for each person and shows compassion, which offers huge peace of mind knowing that quality care is actually being provided. They truly treat you and your loved one as family. I wouldn't want my family member to go anywhere except Brookdale Redmond.
