Moved my mother in about a month ago, staff is extremely helpful and caring!! Food has been surprisingly good (per my mother). This is an older location, but it has been maintained very well and feels like my Mom's new home!

The staff treats the residents like they are family! It’s a very warm atmosphere with something always going on. The activities department keeps residents busy and engaged, which is so important! You’ll know it’s a great place as soon as you walk into the door!

As the Community Outreach Coordinator for Lifetime Hearing Services, I have partnered professionally with this retirement community on a couple different occasions. My experience with both the staff and the residents have been outstanding. But much recognition goes to Margaret Zeigler, The family advisor for such great efforts in coordinating their events.

My sister received wonderful care at Florence Place. The staff, the facility and the food are all excellent. She was safe and secure and that meant a great deal to my family. We could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend Florence Place to anyone that requires care for a loved one. Florence Place will not disappoint you. I am so thankful for the professionalism and kindness of the staff !! They helped my family during a very difficult transition with an estranged parent, supporting both of us and making them feel loved and welcomed! The rooms are very nice and affordable, with plenty of opportunities for activity and engagement. I know my parent is in good hands, and I am so thankful we found Florence Place!!

These people have been nothing but helpful during an extremely stressful time for my wife and I. I won't go into personal details, but I will say the facility is clean, the help is great, and they've had my back anytime that I've asked anything of them. Even mom seems to be happy and she can find the negative in just about anything.

My husband and I had to find a facility for his sister who has memory problems. We have been very satisfied with Florence Place services. The transition from living alone at home to her new environment was much smoother than I expected. She protested the move before moving in but now she seems to like that she has people to talk to and a relatively busy schedule. At one point she couldn't remember how to write her name. Last week she wrote her name with no problem. She has a friend (female) that she seems to have bonded with. So we are pleased with the choice we made.

I moved my mother into Florence Place several months ago and she has adjusted really well. The saff are very friendly ,helpful, and care about their residents. The management made this transition easy and helped me through the process. I am pleased with the care and attention my mother is receiving!!

We recently moved our dear aunt into Florence Place after she became unable to live alone due to declining health. The decision came with the serious process of exploring and vetting what would be the best place for someone we love so much. Soon it became clear that Florence Place was the winner, and the best fit. The ED, Lorie, and the Family Advisor, Margaret, could not have been kinder or more attentive in the transition. More importantly, it has become evident that they truly care about not only my aunt, but about all the residents in their care. The facility is clean and stately. It feels like home. My aunt is already singing the praises of the sweet CNA who assists her with some of her care. We are so grateful for Florence Place!

My Mother has adjusted well to her environment, she has Dementia. The Staff of Florence Place treat everyone especially their Residents like one BIG HAPPY Family. I highly recommend it when looking for Assisted Living Facilities.
