Called tried to find out information on your services for seniors. The first person I talk to there could not speak English the second who they transferred me to was a tape recording very unprofessional did not give me any information that I was looking for, so I don’t think you’ll meet my needs

All the staff provide outstanding service to my mother. I am so thankful and blessed for the wonderful and caring staff! Ms. Kay who is the receptionist is always so helpful and kind. I couldnt ask for better care from staff like Alicia! She always seems to anticipates all my moms and my needs.

The thing that impresses me the most about The Willows is the fact that they care for each resident who lives there. I visit my grandmother and see how she is treated by the staff. They have all types of activities planned through out the day and she shows me things she made or tells me who came to entertain. In todays society its hard to get good help and every where I go I see how help wanted signs posted. Yet, this place sees that my grandmother is cared for and I have no complaints. The RN, who is in charge is nice to work with, and all the aids have been pleasant-they work very hard and Im sure I couldnt do what they do. My grandmother is happy, and cared for so me and my mom dont have to worry about her being alone. That is worth its weight in gold.

I am indirectly associated with this magnificent and wonderful place. The leadership, staff, and volunteers go above and beyond to show dignity, love, and respect for any one and every one whom they serve and work with daily. The facility is always immaculate and the food outstanding.
