I had a tour not so long ago to put my mother in this home and by the looks of it Caregivers don't get paid enough for their job. They do so much for the seniors there with so little recognition, they're literally the life to this place they do everything; without them, the seniors would not be clean and properly taken care of so with being said I hope you guys raise pay for these caring ladies. For the management it's so corrupted so many things go on there even noticed and they act blind/ignore the situation they're also unfair and don't take their staffs feelings into consideration, so I've heard.

My mom has been a resident since 2013 and during that time, the facility has changed ownership and management teams several times. Rhon Hipolito, the current executive director, and his entire team of directors, managers and care staff are AMAZING!! I gratefully attribute my mom's longevity of life to the WONDERFUL care she receives at Mainplace Senior Living.

My husband and I live at Mainplace senior living. We are so thank ful for Elizabeth. She has been so helpful to us from the first time we spoke. Elizabeth is very resourceful and professional. We are very happy living here. All the employees are nice and the food is good. There are activities and outings led by Noraly. We can also get a ride to the doctors appointments. The location is great. Restaurants and shopping centers are walking distance. Ron the administrator is kind and helpful. We recommend this place for anyone who needs help. This is a happy place. We appreciate everyone who works here. Thank you Mainplace.

Our dear family member in his late 70s has been a resident of MainPlace Senior Living for 3 years. It is always challenging and stressful to find the right place for a Senior with needs. We found the right place at MainPlace. My entire family is very happy with how well our Cousin has done since moving here. He now gets regular, healthy meals, and the staff and residents have been kind and very helpful to him and he is safe and cared for. Thank you Maria for ensuring he has a clean room and Briana for answering all his questions and pointing him to help when he needs it. Thanks to Maintenance for their patience in continually fixing his vertical blinds because he is hard on them and to the Diner team for the daily prep and meal service. Thanks to Kim for timely health oversight and to Elizabeth for her great understanding of what families look for in a safe, warm, friendly and reliable environment. Told them one of there residents was really aggressive that I was a advocate for and sent a voicemail me he sent me and my family it was ugly they moved him in anyway despite any safety issues they said it was personal

I had a lovely visit with Elizabeth today. She was a delight and very informative. The overall place was clean and welcoming. I met a family member, of a resident, in the parking lot and they were very happy with the service. I have looked at a lot of assisted living facilities, It has everything we are looking for at a decent price. This place is in the our top 2 of places we are looking at! Next is to visit with our loved one to get the final decision.

Elizabeth is amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and takes her time with you! She isn't pushy, doesn't "upsale" and is on your side! Definitely recommend this place and her to anyone!
