Altho the place is a bit run down, the team that took care of my mom each day were not and they always went above and beyond. She was really happy here and that’s what you want to hear from your momma. Interacting with the staff flowed easily and my mom truly felt really cared for. I've been thoroughly impressed by this facility from my very first interaction. This includes the site, leadership, employees and more. First off, I'm beyond grateful for their efforts to keep me innately informed about any issues or concerns with my resident family member. Beyond that, I appreciate them for so many reasons. From the beginning, they've surpassed my expectations on all levels. Things such as maintenance of the facility, cleanliness, safety, communication, and professionalism are all notable. Their smiles, optimism, warmth and friendliness has gone a long way. too. The vendors and providers they refer out to and are affiliated with are also excellent. It's nice to know all aspects of my loved one's care is being addressed. But, it's even more helpful to know that it's with people who truly care. Mainplace offers daily activities onsite, along with weekly outings. Their dining room is well-equipped with wholesome home cooked meals and table side service. Most all employees who I've had interactions with have been positive and enjoyable. The facility holds special events and celebrations, as well. Some include family members, and others are primarily for the residents. It's evident the entire team contributes, which is remarkable to witness and so inspiring. That's what makes these so successful. That, along with good planning and strategy. They pull off these special occasions without a hitch. One of the most endearing (and reassuring) things I hear on a regular basis is my loved one's response when I ask, "Do you like the people who work here?" She provides me with a resounding, "Oh, yes! Absolutely! They're lovely! Everybody is wonderful and kind to me." Hearing this time and time again (for the past 10 months since she's been a resident) is confirmation to me that my loved one is indeed in good hands. It also lets me exhale, as it's extremely important to me that she reside in a facility that employs quality professionals who have a heart, care, and exhibit integrity. I'm truly grateful to have found all this and more among the team at Mainplace. Having them to support us, answer my many questions, and provide assistance to my resident family member is priceless. Thanks to each of you for all you do! You absolutely make a big difference in my loved one's life. I appreciate each of you greatly, more than you know...

MainPlace Senior Living in Orange has been a great choice for my relative. He is in his late 70’s and 5 years ago, it became clear that his previous living situation was not ideal and that our extended family needed to help him make a change. We were looking for a more secure and safe situation for him that would provide regular, healthy meals, and that there would be people available onsite that could help with housekeeping, maintenance, reception services, etc. MainPlace has proven to be the ideal location. It has all those services but more importantly, it is the staff that help make the place home. They are compassionate, kind and caring in such an important way. Some examples: Maria and Tina in Housekeeping clean his room regularly but offer the little extra help when he needs to put on a fitted sheet! Omar and Leonardo from Maintenance noticed he had an interest in starting a garden and offered to find a space for him. The Caf© staff prepare healthy meals and notice when he is not there at meal time and try to encourage him to eat when he forgets the time. The Receptionist, Med Tech Team, Accounting Group, Activities Team and many others work efficiently and really take the time to try to personalize the care. To Rhon, Executive Director, a special thanks for all you and your teams have done to provide a safe and secure living situation combined with teams that provide both compassion and care as well as providing guidelines and compassionate direction as needed. Our family is grateful.

I was not impressed with this community when I visited it. The memory care area felt very depressing and there was a malodorous odor. All the residents in TV Room had a bad smell of body odor which probably haven't had a shower for a long time and the staff did not seem to be interacting with them.This community would not work for my loved one.

I had a tour not so long ago to put my mother in this home and by the looks of it Caregivers don’t get paid enough for their job. They do so much for the seniors there with so little recognition, they’re literally the life to this place they do everything; without them, the seniors would not be clean and properly taken care of so with being said I hope you guys raise pay for these caring ladies. For the management it’s so corrupted so many things go on there even noticed and they act blind/ignore the situation they're also unfair and don’t take their staffs feelings into consideration, so I’ve heard.

My husband and I live at Mainplace senior living. We are so thank ful for Elizabeth. She has been so helpful to us from the first time we spoke. Elizabeth is very resourceful and professional. We are very happy living here. All the employees are nice and the food is good. There are activities and outings led by Noraly. We can also get a ride to the doctors appointments. The location is great. Restaurants and shopping centers are walking distance. Ron the administrator is kind and helpful. We recommend this place for anyone who needs help. This is a happy place. I had a lovely visit with Elizabeth today. She was a delight and very informative. The overall place was clean and welcoming. I met a family member, of a resident, in the parking lot and they were very happy with the service. I have looked at a lot of assisted living facilities, It has everything we are looking for at a decent price. This place is in the our top 2 of places we are looking at! Next is to visit with our loved one to get the final decision.
