Mom was back at Chandler Place Assisted Living for a respite care stay. She really enjoyed her stay. Her favorite thing was the staff and residents. But she also really enjoys the music and the library. We’ll be back!’

After negative experiences at a prior memory care facility, we didn't have the highest expectations when moving our father to Chandler Place, but the staff proved us wrong. They care so deeply for their residents and it shows in how they treat each one. They meet each person where they are in the dementia disease and allow them to remain human. I truly can't thank them enough for how they have treated my father and how much love and care they showed for him.

Management is always helpful and positive. The food at times is excelent, and servers try to do their job, but need more help. Chandler, has been my home fo 3 and a half years. and I still it's the best place to retire. God, bless! Carlos Vinas

Sherry was extremely polite and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the facility when coming in was how clean and fresh smelling it was. No overpowering cleaner smell, just a fresh lemon scent. It was very pleasant. I loved how it looked more like a hotel than your traditional assisted living home. The residents seemed to enjoy being there. Many were laughing and smiling constantly. Very desirable place to be.

My wife has Alzheimers and has been in three Memory Cares over the last four months. We are now at Chandler Place and things are finally happening to help her have the best care she can have as she goes thru this awful disease. The staff, from the front office all the way thru the Memory Care, are great. They are very loving and caring and well trained to help my wife and me.

Very well run with doctors making in person visits. Residents are engaged in activity. Very clean and inviting when you walk in. In house physical therapy team. Great new managers who are knowledgeable and experienced with caring for the elderly. Stop by or call them to visit.

My mother, Mildred, is currently in the Memory Care unit and I have been quite pleased overall. Brittney is newly in charge, having moved up the ranks. She is A+++! Shelisha and Sieda are a couple of our other favorites. Nurse Keri is available daily and Dr. Lingoes is on site weekly. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

His name is Clinton and he is the voice and face of Chandler Place. I have been working with him for over 6 months and he has consistently communicated with me. I have had 5 million questions regarding the care for my mother (has dementia) and father (has Alzheimer's and dementia). I am an only child and I live over 2 hours away and have been trying for years to help my parents make the decision to cross into memory care/assisted living. Clinton has been a listening ear and a resource. Due to extenuating circumstances my parents are not able to reside at Chandler Place. If you have a precious loved one and are looking for a place, call Clinton at Chandler Place. The facility is already great, but with a resource like Clinton, you get the total package!

My father in law lived at Spring Arbor for just over seven years and I have nothing bad to say about them. He was cared for and loved by the entire staff. We just lost him and the staff was nothing but supportive. Not a dry eye in the house went he was taken out. The majority of the staff have been there many years and that speaks volumes. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
