I had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly Crouch who is the Sales Director there. They are passionate about helping their seniors with caring, respect and dignity. I've visited many times and had a lot of fun at the events they throw for the residents. If you ever need assisted living or memory care for yourself or a loved one, this could be the place for you.

This is my first visit to Chandler Place. I was helping a new resident get moved in. The facility is lovely and very clean! The staff was friendly and answered all the questions we had.

Sherry was extremely polite and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the facility when coming in was how clean and fresh smelling it was. No overpowering cleaner smell, just a fresh lemon scent. It was very pleasant. I loved how it looked more like a hotel than your traditional assisted living home. The residents seemed to enjoy being there. Many were laughing and smiling constantly. Very desirable place to be.

I visited here this past week and found it to be clean, friendly, and professional. While I would definitely want to be here further down the road time-wise, I think I am more suited to independent living for the forseeable future.

My mother, Mildred, is currently in the Memory Care unit and I have been quite pleased overall. Brittney is newly in charge, having moved up the ranks. She is A+++! Shelisha and Sieda are a couple of our other favorites. Nurse Keri is available daily and Dr. Lingoes is on site weekly. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

Very well run with doctors making in person visits.Residents are engaged in activity. Very clean and inviting when you walk in. In house physical therapy team. Great new managers who are knowledgeable and experienced with caring for the elderly.Stop by or call them to visit.

His name is Clinton and he is the voice and face of Chandler Place. I have been working with him for over 6 months and he has consistently communicated with me. I have had 5 million questions regarding the care for my mother (has dementia) and father (has Alzheimers and dementia). am an only child and I live over 2 hours away and have been trying for years to help my parents make the decision to cross into memory care-assisted living. Clinton has been a listening ear and a resource. Due to extenuating circumstances my parents are not able to reside at Chandler Place. If you have a precious loved one and are looking for a place, call Clinton at Chandler Place. The facility is already great, but with a resource like Clinton, you get the total package!

I had a nice tour of this community. I toured it for my father, and his needs. There were many factors that played into where to move my father to. This is a nice community, and from what I saw everything looked good. The staff was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. The experience went well overall, but it wasn't the one for us.

It's been good, and I would recommend them. If I'm minor nitpicking, their accounting is a little wonky, but everything has been correct. I have been there and eaten dinner, the accommodations are very nice. The people are very nice, it really has improved his life. The lady from Brookdale came to the hospital and met with the social worker, and got us all together and were able to convince him that this would be the right move, and we are very happy. I feel they went above and beyond to help us. The have done a good job of facilitating his doctors appointments. They have an activities bus that take them for rides, and activities, it's really great.
