I have had the opportunity to visit Willow on more than one occasion, and each time I was impressed by the warmth and care throughout the community. Seeing my loved one happy, comfortable, and content speaks volumes about the incredible work the staff do every day. The team at Willow truly goes above and beyond to care for their residents. They create an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and loved. The dedication and compassion shown by the staff truly raises the bar for senior living communities. I am grateful for the care and kindness they provide and would highly recommend Willow to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family.

I can’t say enough good things about this community! The staff are some of the friendliest and most hardworking people I’ve ever met”they truly go above and beyond every day. The building is always clean and welcoming, and there’s a wide variety of fun activities that keep everyone engaged and smiling. Best of all, the residents are happy and it really shows. You can feel the warmth and sense of family the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

Willow Brooke Point has been a quality of life change for my mother. The staff has gone above and beyond to get her involved in the community. Her needs are attended to with the best of care and always available to meet with the family as we work together to provide her the best care at this stage in her life.

Updated 2-11-2025 There has been a change in staff and improved dramatically. My opinion has done a 180° Old review--Can't get ahold of anyone in my mom's building. This place is a joke. Hard to believe the amount this place charges vs the services actually provided. Would NOT RECOMMEND

3 care staff work on the day shift (used to be 2) for approx. 40 residents, many of whom have dementia. Not all care staff are CNA's (not required), and most lack adequate dementia training. A nurse from an outside agency assists with the medical care of residents, who until recently had been visiting monthly. This all leads to neglect of some of the more compromised residents (sadly out of necessity) who are often left alone to sleep through mealtimes (or to feed themselves at the dining table), resulting in weight loss. Some suffer undue agitation with the (sometimes resentful) overworked and under-trained care staff who rush their agendas, thereby perpetuating the downward spiral. The food and coffee are often served luke-warm, the dining room radio is set to the staff's taste in music, the dining area is often left "as-is" after mealtimes, and until recently the facility lacked an activities director. I'm certain these factors have contributed to the residents' apathy and boredom. Too much time goes by without staff suggesting adaptive measures which could support a resident's changing needs, resulting in ill-managed care. Suggestions such as: orders for pureed diets (or meals served in a bowl) for those who can no longer eat a plated meal; appropriate adaptive equipment (extra grab bars, hoyer lift, appropriately sized wheelchairs, etc.) for those who need additional supports; and proper alert systems (or bed rails) for those at risk of falling (the facility's outdated pull chain for alerting staff of an emergency is inaccessible to someone who falls in their room). This stalls families who may wonder what to do for their loved ones in decline. Communication is poor not only between staff and families, but also between management and outside agencies. My mom fell through all of these cracks. In short, she lost about 30 lbs and had fallen 30 times in her 7 arduous months of residency at this facility. Then hospice was called in. She had already suffered too long without it, and passed away just weeks later. I will always wonder if she could have left this world with more peace than whatever little peace she had left. The director, administrative assistant, and wellness coordinator all walked out on the same day recently. The new director will be the 4th in about 8 months. The state visited this facility twice prior to this walk-out. Perhaps these recent events will encourage necessary changes. If not, I wouldn't suggest putting a loved one here until it is appropriately registered as something other than a CBRF. Two stars given because I believe the staff did the best they could with what they had.

They have issues keeping good help. It seems like nobody is in charge. For a long time there was no activity director. The outside is not kept up well. Decorating is not as it used to be. Family members need to stay on top of the care, med changes, prep for tests, transportation times, pick ups, etc to make sure all goes smoothly.

My grandma lives here and has for several years. I hate to see bad reviews from misunderstood staff or families. They work hard, they try their best! There’s not a place that is perfect, including willow Brooke. But they try and care about my grandma, and my family. They own up from mistakes and work to fix them. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everyone is short staffed right now, look around you. They do very well for what they have! Great place and I’m happy my grandma loves her girls.

Anyone looking for compassion and love for your loved one, this is the place to go. Willow Brooke has taken great care of my grandma for several years! She loves her girls. The most she complains about is the food! But they try. And grandma is picky, they work well with her. Great place to be.

My great grandpa had lived there for about 6 months before he had passed. Whenever i went to visit him, he and I would always be treated with respect and there would always be someone available when needed. This facility provides a loving, caring, and home-like environment for their residents.
