My wife is in the memory care at Golden Horizons worthington mn. This facility was good when we admitted 3 years ago now its declined. No activities and not enough care. My wife has lost so much weight from not eating. I would move her but when you have Dementia its hard to move someone. Her wedding ring is missing now also first little things went missing now this.

I am a RN and I had a father in.law admitted here. What a disaster his health declined quickly! They really are terrible here. ADMINISTRATOR NEVER IN! Staff incompetent!

This assisted living and memory cate facility has gone down hill i. The last year! Terrible place to.put your loved.one! I worked here back a year and half ago and now the RN who was there is no longer there. Its amazing how much one person being gone can cause. But she truly cared about the facility and the people. DO NOT ADMIT YOUR LOVED.ONE!

Terrible place to.live and work.Locked Memory care unit not staffed on overnight shift only 1 aide for the whole facility of 42 Assisted and Memory Care.

After tour we would never put our mother in there. Staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. The building smelled and it felt.more like a prison The RN in charge was on a personal phone call and then took a smoke break before she helped us. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Golden Horizons is a wonderful facility with amazing staff who treat us like family. The food is amazing, the activities are great, and the care I receive has been outstanding!

From a vendor standpoint, this community has a lot of issues. The phone is never answered. There's a different activities person every time I go there. They booked me for the whole year and when that activity's person quit, they did not honor their bookings. That's a huge hit for a tiny business. The director is literally never there. I had to fight to get my checks, so good riddance!

Golden Horizons of Worthington is an exceptional community with its modernly beautiful environment and welcoming staff. This facility is always clean, orderly and warm. The staff are so kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help guests. The Executive Director is incredibly kind, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to provide the best experience for the residents, staff and guests. Highly recommend this community!

Golden Horizons is the most pleasant and welcoming community I have been to. When I first stepped into the facility, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the staff and appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel. Everyone was so kind and I left feeling happier then before getting there. It seems like a great place to call home!

We could not be happier that we found this place. Mom has fallen in love with it. She has all her friends that she sold clothes to there with her. She really enjoys the meals and mingling with her friends. Mom is more vibrant and lively since she has been here. We picked here because it was in the same neighborhood where we have always lived and it helped to keep things familiar.
