Change in management was a not just a breath of fresh air, but a real rescue. After TerraBella took over they got busy making needed improvements across the board. I have seen many assisted living communities in SC and NC, which lets me know that TerraBella is changing things for the betterment of the people they care for. They have the right amount of heart and know how to create a wonderful place to have their community thrive. That is what I have always wanted for my parents. Having experienced a few companies in the past that changed once you got in the door, feels like a betrayal in the end, just to make a buck. TerraBella knows their employees are not just talented capable people, but they are the hands and feet of their brand — an extension of community they are trying to foster. They are doing a wonderful job getting things up and running. I am so thankful that my mother is there. They have also helped her through the loss of her husband of 59 years — handling things with grace and love. I am looking forward to seeing more from TerraBella and am so happy my mother gets to experience it all.

Today I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces at TerraBella Rock Hill. The outside landscaping, although raining, is beautiful and I love all the space. The new team and management are top notch… all willing to work hard caring for seniors in the community. They offer assisted living and different levels of memory care, which is very unique and needed in the senior living space. I encourage you to check them out as key place for your loved one to call home.

The facility is clean and inviting. The guests enjoy delicious meals and lots of activities to choose from. It really is a wonderful community.

Visited TerraBella Rock Hill as a potential Community for my grandmother. The Community is very clean, neat, and welcoming. All the staff, both caregivers and management, are very attentive, happy, and compassionate. Logan is the individual that toured me and my family. She very outgoing, personable, knowledgeable. We were able to sit down and have lunch with the other residents as well. The food was delicious and was very appealing on the plate. The kitchen staff was very helpful and always seeing if we needed anything extra. Although, this is a future need for us, we will definitely be moving forward with Terra Bella Rock Hill when the time arises.

My husband lived at Terra Bella for nine months. I had your staff and Hospice to help me care for him. I was there with him two to three times a day at least four to six hours each day. He looked forward to his popsicle and my visits. As he declined, the staff who had grown to love him and other patients, Hospice, and the management from TerraBella stepped up to support both Charles and me as he transitioned from his earthly life to his resurrection in Heaven. Logan signed us in and was there at the funeral along with many staff members. Thank you Terra Bella!

The staff at TerraBella Rock Hill really care about their residents. The community is well managed and is clean. Lots of activities for the residents to choose from and staff is always encouraging the residents to come out of their rooms and join in. Logan, Sara, Lisa, and Courtney, just to name a few of the many caring staff, constantly strive to provide a warm, loving environment to the residents at TerraBella Rock Hill. The staff is great, they are very attentive, and helpful. They have accommodated many of our needs. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us. Terra Bella in Rock Hill was our first tour and really made us aware of the positive aspects of living in a senior environment.

My sister, Kitty Odom, and I visited TerraBella last week to learn more about the facility. We spoke with residents and staff members who were friendly and eager to answer all our questions. We were taken on a tour by the facility director and spent time with the marketing director as well. Each was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After this visit, we would not hesitate to take advantage of TerraBella for any family member who may need their services.

Terra Bella Senior Living Rock Hill is a great community to work and to live There are fun activities and parties to attend with our residents. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job taking care of my Grandmother but sometimes the nurses were unfriendly when I would call to talk to my Grandma. Very disappointed as a Granddaughter I was NOT notified the last 2 weeks hospice was in and out regardless of Covid and Quarantines. Wish they had handled that better and notified all family members. Nurses would not let me talk to my Grandma on the phone when I called while she was in quarantine which was ridiculous and her last 2 weeks living there and now she has passed away.

I cannot emphasize enough how spectacular the staff has been at Carolina Gardens in Rock Hill, SC, for my mom! My mom began living there in the winter of 2021, and they have taken amazing care of her every step of the way! There are many challenges involved with taking care of my mom, but they have been absolutely brilliant with helping her, and helping me as well! They are loving and attentive, and they keep a constant line of communication with me for any situation that arises. The staff also puts together fun family events throughout the year, and I have enjoyed these so much, and my mom has as well! They have been absolute lifesavers and life-changers! If you are looking for an assisted-living community for a loved one, I highly recommend Carolina Gardens in Rock Hill, SC. Kristain Walker, Jonathan Kimball, Annie, Marie, Cierra, Veronica, and everyone else there are all the absolute best! They have all changed my mom's life for the better, and mine as well!

As with any facility of this type, more caregivers are needed to meet the many ongoing needs of the residents. The workers are overworked and underpaid and, as such, some are not genuinely overjoyed to be employed here and it shows in their work ethic. A lot more cultural diversity in the workforce might enhance this situation. Each of us will endure good days and bad days from time to time! My brother has been a resident for six months and has had no major concerns. Accolades go to Annie, the receptionist, and Angela, a med-tech. They go "above and beyond" to ensure a quality environment.

My mother in law is currently living at Carolina Gardens. She has been there for about 6 months and we have been happy. The staff is very friendly and they seem to truly care about patients. Theres only 1 employee Ive have not cared for. A Place For Mom helped me in the search.
