As far as the apartments they are very clean and fairly nice however there has been patients coming from the phacility at 3AM banging on my moms and her neighbors doors waking them up begging for cigarettes the neighbor was telling my mom some woman from the phacility walked right into his house made her self comfortable and started making phone calls on his cellphone so he kicked her out of his apartment, my mom has only lived in her apartment for 2 months and is not comfortable here because of the random banging on her door at 3AM one man had long stragley hair and the woman seen uses a walker and a wheelchair at times is skinny and has short hair and yells at people to come here!

Foremost Retirement Resort is a beautiful, well-run community. From what I’ve seen, the staff go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and supported. The environment is clean, organized, and has a very positive energy. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this place and the people in it.

They don't have enough staff to help with the people that are there and there beds are too high my friend fell out of her bed last night it took 10 15. Min before any body gave her any help

The facility is trash, discussing and full rats and drugs.... the staff messes around with the younger residents and the administrator steals money from the residents.... they do not care for the residents, and they leave them in feces for hours and hours, a resident killed another resident, and the staff let a woman suffocate to death. They need to be shut down ASAP

My mom has been in foremost for a little over 5 years , her care there has been acceptable and affordable, for those years 2 increases in rent that were reasonable. The med techs and staff were friendly and competent . that being said foremost was sold about 3 months ago, since then I’ve noticed the wings are more crowded with less staff, the sanitary condition of her room is lacking and I received notice that the rent for her room is going to more than triple!! I understand rate increases as time goes on are necessary but to pay way more for way less is unacceptable.
