We recently had to find a place for my parents so they could live together. The staff and Brookdale Robinwood were able to accommodate this request. All the staff have been extremely helpful with navigating this entire process as it was all so new to me. This is never an easy process but everyone here has made it as easy as possible and I feel like my parents receive the best care being here in the assisted living facility. Thank you Brookdale Robinwood and especially Rhonda as you have been a blessing to me during this time !

My grandmother was a resident at this community. For someone who did not want to move to assisted living, the staff supported her to ensure her time here was enjoyed. I am lucky to now be an employee at the place, I visited as a teenager/young adult. This community is active and has a group of staff that genuinely care for the residents.

Nina and Liz are hands down the best. They work with the families and the residents to ensure that they are taken care of and make good decisions for their stay in the community. Activity Director Gloria is also one of the best. She keeps the residents busy in and out of the community. She interacts with them and you can hear the joy in her laughter down the hall.

My brother has lived at Brookdale Robinwood for 5 1/2 years. He has some challenging medical issues and the staff has been outstanding. Brookdale Robinwood has exceeded our expectation. I feel very comfortable with his care and his safety. Angie and Gloria always go the extra mile with his care.

My 91-year-old grandfather moved into Brookdale Robinwood in May and really loves it. He was very skeptical about moving into an assisted living facility but he raves about the food and truly enjoys the friendships he has made. They always have fun activities for him to participate in and he seems much happier now that he is around same-age peers with similar interests and is able to socialize daily. The facility is beautiful- recently renovated with homey touches like a cozy fireplaces that make it feel like a true home. I can tell that the staff and management team truly care about the people who live there and making sure they are happy and comfortable. They even have a sweet golden retriever, River, who is there regularly to love on the residents...everyone knows him by name and love when he's there. I highly recommend this place!

Two years ago my wife and I visited Brookdale and we were impressed with the dining room, living room and all the common areas that were so welcoming. It became a joy asking questions and having staff take time out of their day to participate in our visit. We were introduced to Levi Adgate a staff coordinator who we made an instant connection with. He explained to us his role in connecting people who have same interests and encouraged us to meet new people in some of the fun happenings such as an exercise class, happy hour, holiday celebrations and many other social events we could partake in. We felt so comfortable here. After making the decision to move in we have been extremely happy even with everything that has come with Covid-19 we know we made the right decision way ahead of time. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were the safest and cared for as we could possibly be. If we had to do it all over again we wouldn't have done anything different. We are very happy here at Brookdale Robinwood. We would recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living.

From the time my father was admitted in September 2017 until he took his last breath in January 2020 at Brookdale Robinwood he was always treated with respect and dignity by everyone who was employed there. I have come to know the staff as an extended family. When the Covid-19 virus is no longer a healthcare issue I plan to volunteer at Brookdale Robinwood.

I had the same thing happen as the other reviewer. They said my mother owed thousands of dollars because they had not filed the paperwork with Medicare and Medicaid. I have yet to resolve the issue. They tell me they can't talk to me about it. My mother's roommate had the same problem. I also had problems with the way my mother was treated her. I walked in on the RA's twice, who had put my mother on the toilet with her clothes on. They told me she would eventually shimmy her pants down. My mother had to leave this place because she needed a lift to go to the bathroom and get out of bed and they didn't have a lift because they were a assisted living. The place she is at now treats her so much better. My mother met a lot of friends here and it is a very nice facility visually. They will lie to you about you bill. Paula was the one who told me the bill would be taken care of and it never was. They lie.
