My mother has lived at Wynnfield Crossing for over 4 years. She recently had a bad fall, and the staff were very attentive to her needs. After returning from the hospital, numerous staff were stopping by to see how she was. That shows me the staff at Wynnfield Crossing truly do care about the people they are there to care for. They have many activities to keep the residents busy, and the meals are good. The facility has been upgraded on the inside and soon the outside will be getting its makeover. I would not put my mother any place else but here at Wynnfield.

My mom has lived here since January 2024. Although she enjoys being around her friends and the familiarity of the community, there are a couple of major issues which she has tried to get worked out with no results. For one thing, the food is terrible, and she isn't the only one who says that. Bologna salad? Mixed fruit has been described on the daily menu but it has consisted of red and green grapes. A BLT sandwich consisting of bad lettuce and a half strip of bacon? And running out of orange juice in the morning? The spaghetti is bland and not even cooked all the way. Plus, there have been many instances when meals have NO vegetables to serve. Seniors NEED their nutrition more than ever. Why on earth would hot dogs be on the menu?? Hot dogs are full of processed crap and the worst food anyone can have? This place charges 4500-5000 a month so one would believe they could at the very least have nutritious, delicious food! We have raised concerns about the food issue but nothing has been done, so here's my public review. I don't recommend moving your loved ones here unless you don't care about food quality and not getting what you pay for!

My 100 yr, old father gave himself the best birthday present ever when he decided to move to Wynfield Crossing! He has lived there for 18 mos. so far, loves the staff and office people, and loves having meals with newly-made friends. The "problem solving" these folks do on a daily basis for my father is incredible! Well-maintained, safe, and very clean facility are for anyone contemplating the move PLUS shuttle to run folks where they need to go!

My Aunt is at Wynnfield Crossing and it is an excellent assisted living facility. The food is very good, there are daily activities for all the residents to keep them active and the staff is wonderful about helping with issues I might have with my aunt and they are always willing to go above and beyond for her and my family.

Brought my 91 year father here last month after he had fallen and had hip surgery. Everyone was so welcoming and caring. They all have taken such good care of my dad and encouraged him and have taken time to visit and take care of whatever he needs. He is very comfortable there! So thankful for them!

Where do I start to thank the wonderful staff at Wynnfield Crossing? Everyone treats my mother like family. The love radiates throughout the rooms and hallways with hugs and laughter. People like Donnie, Lori and Mary Ellen go the extra mile for the residents and their families. When I walk into the building it always smells good and everything is spotless. I frequently eat in the dining room with my mother and the food is delicious and served by friendly staff who seem to really enjoy joking and talking to the residents. My mother's care has increased since she moved there in 2012, but the Wynnfield staff has stepped up every step of the way for my mother and my family. I will never be able to thank them enough. The Rochester community is very fortunate to have this loving, caring place for folks to live.

Wynfield Crossing is a very nice and caring facility. Awesome caring and friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Good food. I moved my 98 yr old friend in a year ago. Up until then he lived on his own at home. Other facilities said that he would need more of a nursing home care. That was not the case at Wynfield. With the help of Hospice care and the people at Wynfied he was able to live there in his own little apartment. It is a very clean and beautiful place to live.
