My dad, Marvin Newman lived at Carmel Village Clovis for about a year before he passed away. He lived in assisted-living and the nurses and staff there were all so warm and friendly, they not only knew my dad's name, but ours also. During a recent visit to Carmel Village, I was impressed by the facility's staff. They are uniformly kind, compassionate, and welcoming. The dining room staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the day's menu. The Carmel Village grounds and interior common areas are tidy and comfortable. The location is great, too, with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby.

If you have a loved one who is in need of assisted living, I highly recommend Carmel Village in Clovis, CA. From the office staff, receptionist, care givers, med-techs and dining room staff, EVERYONE is professional and so caring! My grandmother passed away a week ago, the staff went above & beyond their call of duty to help through this very stressful time. The communication was excellent. They took the time out of their day to make sure the family was doing ok & this was so much appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better team of care givers during her stay at this facility. I have been helping families relocate there parents or family into Carmel village for about 2 years. I have to say the employees at Carmel go above and beyond for there residents. From Jaime to Heather the nicest dou who love what they do they are very professional always happy with the biggest smiles always positive vibes when I encounter them at there campus. There staff from front desk to there maintenance guy always attending to there resident needs the whole staff is awesome. All an out clean beautiful facility.

Went with a friend who is searching for a new place to live and hands down, Jamie Borders, was by far the best host during our visit! She made us feel very comfortable during the tour and was very patient with questions. The on site cottages are absolutely adorable and lunch was delicious. We moved my mother in law to Carmel Village last September. Unfortunately, she is totally bed ridden and requires round the clock care. She has been in hospice care at the same time. That said, we are grateful beyond words for moving her to Carmel Village in this most difficult time. The staff demonstrate kindness, love, care and professionalism beyond our expectations. We visit daily and always leave knowing that our loved one is safe, loved and receiving wonderful care. The facility is beautiful. Our grandchildren say it’s like Great Grandma is at a “really nice hotel!” My wife and I agree. We only wish she could experience all that Carmel Village has to offer but, that won’t happen. However, we truly appreciate the staff and their genuine kindness.

When it came time to place my mom in an Assisted Living facility, it was a difficult decision for her and her children. We set up tours of several facilities, and she chose Carmel Village above all the others. The staff is warm and welcoming. They took the time to introduce my mom to other residents so she felt comfortable being there. They made the transition easy for all of us.

I have provided my moving labor services to a couple residents at this facility and my packing and unpacking services to a family here at this facility. Over all seems like a great place staff is friendly and attentive to there residents. The staff member In charge the lady I checked in with was all good vibes but also very professional I can’t remember her name I was there 1/29/22 3pm to 6 pm. Temperature check vaccine proof wash hands is required at check in . The families I worked with were super cool people very friendly . Great facility hope to be back soon

This February will mark my 2 year anniversary as a Resident at Carmel Village. I look forward to happy hour every Friday at 3pm. I love inviting my 4 year old grand-daughter to come enjoy the live entertainment. Its something we look forward to every week.
