I can’t say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. The staff are caring, compassionate, and truly treat the residents like family. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

The Cardinal Place is amazing. My aunt has been here for over a month. I visit sometimes twice a day. I have seen staff who truly cares for their residents. They treat them with respect and kindness. The place is always clean and smells nice. Unfortunately my aunt fell in her room and the nurse was there in less than 2 minutes. She’s 92 yrs old. Another time my aunt tripped and skinned her leg, I brought her back home to the Cardinal Place and 3 nurses treated her injuries ( she’s on blood thinners so there was blood) they were so kind and gentle with her. They were so happy to see she was back at breakfast the next morning. The wound is almost gone now. 🙂 The team really cares. I feel so comfortable her living there. Many residents are active playing bingo and doing activities. It reminds me of a big family. My aunt loves the garden courtyard. I completely recommend the Cardinal Place if you want around the clock care for your loved ones, in a great environment.

Our experience with this assisted living facility has been very positive. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the residents. The building is clean, well maintained, and is so welcoming. Communication has been great, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe and well cared for. We just moved mom in on Monday. And everyone has been so kind and loving on mom. They understand mom and they truly care about all these lovely residents here. Some have been here for many many years. To me that speaks for itself.

We moved our father into Cardinal Place the beginning of 2025. Adjusting to any new place is difficult but everyone here has been so nice and helpful. They keep the facilities- both inside and outside- in top shape. They truly care for each resident individually as a family member. The daily activities, nursing care, and food has been top notch. I can’t recommend Cardinal Place enough.

When my father had to be admitted to an assisted living place, my sisters and I were blown away with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at Cardinal Place. They were able to get my dad admitted the day he was being released from the Hosptial and even set up his room with loaner furniture until we were able to get his personal things moved in. Dad also gets some rent perks for being a veteran; it’s great that Cardinal Place honors their servicemen in that way. Having a parent in an assisted living place is not easy, but knowing dad is somewhere the staff truly cares makes it a bit easier.

Very homey and welcoming environment! The staff are friendly and helpful and have been very patient and sweet with my mom since she moved in. The care she has been given has been great and the staff are very good about communicating with us.They even allowed us to bring her beloved porch swing when she moved in and found a nice place to hang it up in the courtyard so she can continue to enjoy it! Overall, I've been very happy with Cardinal Place. They made the moving process for my mom very easy and smooth.

The staff are caring and do a great job communicating with family members regarding their loved one’s condition or health status. There are many fun activities, family events and special guest who come and perform thru out the month. There have been some food issues regarding healthier choices for elderly residents but I believe that is being addressed. Mike, the maintenance man, does a fantastic job at getting pictures hung or furniture moved or put together or any task that needs done, completed. I am pleased to have my Mother in a lovely apartment at this facility.

I had a very difficult time deciding how to help my mom believe she could still live independently and know behind the scene I had a strong team helping us. I love these people and this place. My mother is not very social but they each make her feel special. I give thanks for them daily.

My husband and I have been very impressed with the management, staff and care that my Mom is receiving. Her need for assisted living was unexpected but we were pleasantly surprised that a room was available and within a matter of days, she was able to move in. The experience has been wonderful and they have been a big help in her transition to Assisted Living, while she is receiving physical therapy. It is a plus that my Mom knows some of the residents and the ones who are new to her have made her feel at home. Thank you Cardinal Place for making my Mom feel at home.

Our mom was a resident at Cardinal Place for more than 3 years. The staff was very friendly and caring. In addition, the nursing staff was very attentive and sometimes entertaining with residents. Their expertise was much appreciated. Mom always enjoyed bingo and the live performances, just to name a few. Family events were very special as the sense of community made her feel at home. Highly recommend.
