Dad was a resident at Pinicon Senior Living for almost 2 years- during that time we had wonderful experiences with the staff and other residents. Sadly, Dad passed in January; but during the last week of his life we couldn't have felt more at home! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that Dad was comfortable and also the whole family. Meals were provided, coffee/tea/water and cookies were brought in for us, chairs were made available for us, and we were even able to stay overnight in extra rooms so that we could be close to Dad. The love and care for Dad was amazing! Thanks to all the staff!! Your care, concern, and love for Dad meant a lot to all of us! We would recommend Pinicon Senior Living to anyone who is looking for a "family" community. I would like to give a 5+ star review if it was possible!!

I've only been a staff member here for a few months and I love it here. Are kitchen staff works hard to work around residents diets and needs. Are staff are so friendly, caring, and will always welcome you with a big smile.

My mom has been a resident at Pinicon Senior Living since November 2023. She loves it there and loves the staff. I would have to agree that it feels like family when you walk in the door. The staff are amazing to my mom as well as the rest of our family.

My dad has been at Pinicon for almost 2 years and has had great care from the staff. He was recently moved to Memory Care. I thought he would have trouble being in a smaller area and a more controlled environment but he has done really well with the change. The staff there has been amazing as well!

My mother has been in Pinicon Senior Living 2 plus years and gets very good care. Any incidents are reported to us promptly. She has not relayed any complaints to us. She is not shy by any means to let us know these things. Highly recommend this place. We have also recently moved my father in law into Pinicon as well. He Loves it there.

Pinicon Place has been a wonderful living environment for my mother. She started out in a regular room and enjoyed her independence within the building. She eventually required a move to memory care but that experience has been a good one for her too. The staff is attentive to her needs, friendly and caring.

When you walk through the doors you are greeted by residents whom always have a smile on their face or from a helpful employee. The staff and residents have a good bond with each other. Its great to hear the residents call this place home. It is a huge adjustment for them to move to a facility.

The residents are like family, I really enjoy working along side the most caring management team and staff as a whole. The team we have here at Pinicon Place is outstanding, they all go above and beyond to make sure our residents are well loved and cared for DAILY!!!!!

I used to work their but I dont anymore my experience with working for them was not good they expected way to much from their employees they were always way under staffed but the magement did not care the residents suffer because of that the employees work their butts off but they can only do so much with begin so understaffed

I love living at Pinicon Place. It is the attitude of the staff from management to the care team that makes Pinicon Place great. I have a feeling of security here; and even more importantly, I feel like I am wanted and not a burden to anyone. Anytime I am out of my room, I get greeted by everyone I meet. There is always a smile on their faces while they greet me. That attitude starts at the top and works its way down. The leaders of Pinicon Place are all very personable and skilled at the handling of the elderly. The people who live here with me come from a time when we respected and honored our elders. We also took care of the belongings we had and took pride in everything from how we looked to what we do. That is how I feel Pinicon Place is operated. There is a level of pride here that makes me feel like I belong. Another thing that makes Pinicon Place great is the entertainment. Almost every hour there is something to do. It could be anything from something musical to bingo or a craft. We even go on outings and that brings me to another point. Here at Pinicon Place my loved one does not have to take off from work to take me to local appointments. With the Pinicon Place van, they can stay at work and Pinicon place can get me to and from my appointments. We also go places like the theatre, lunches and more. One of the outstanding things about Pinicon Place is the Chef. Aaron is gifted at being able to come up with different kinds of foods and presenting it in a different kind of way. He also does a meeting once a month so he can find out what we like and what we do not like so we can have the meals we want. He does his best to accommodate all our wishes. That is truly wonderful! Almost as wonderful as the made to order breakfasts we get to enjoy every day! I so appreciate the fact that we can have anything we want for breakfast from bacon and eggs with toast to simple cereal or oatmeal. Pinicon Place also has a room for every budget. They go from smaller rooms to more spacious rooms. They even have a bedroom with a living room. No matter what you are looking for in space, Pinicon Place has the option for you. I have so enjoyed living at Pinicon Place! I thank them so much for making me feel like I am wanted and appreciating me!

A lovely place staffed by caring individuals. The atmosphere in common areas is is both classy and classic. The resident attendance are caring and patient. A Sunday morning church service is offered onsite by a local church.

My family member has been at Pinicon Place for 8 months now and it was the best decision we could have made. I now know she's safe and well cared for as we were unable to take care of her full time because of her illness (Alzheimer's) and the fact that we all work full time. The staff has always been good to her and she's comfortable in her own private room with a private bathroom. There's always fun activities going on that she likes to participate in and even though she's not always a big eater, she does like the meals that are provided for her. We try and go visit as much as we're able but there's always a peace of mind knowing that we don't have to worry. We are confident that she's in good hands.

We appreciate the care our mom gets at your home. we all work full time and it was impossible for anyone of us to take care of her at home. So we appreciate the friendships she builds with all and love and support she receives. It is so important for her to feel important and I feel you all do that.
