WELL-PROTECTED & GREAT BREAKFAST! I was searching for an elderly friend with my companion the other day and we were impressed by the heavily guarded facilities. I spotted senior living staff at every corner. There’s a set of apartments for independent residents who need minimal help and a more hands-on quarter with 24/7 assistants on site. The quality of care is solid, it’s a popular choice for many seniors in Hemet. Elevators are accessible, the food’s good, and there’s even an underground parking garage. My primary issues were the odors in the apartments. I don’t think the floor is properly mopped. Someone needs to come in and Lysol the joint. Additionally, some of the CNA’s in the apartment section were borderline grumpy. Customer service needs a vibe check stat. Type of care: Dressing, bathing, feeding, etc. it’s a Swiss-army knife of a facility not too far from the Hemet Hospital.

Visited my uncle on a Saturday. Activities department was having a yearly bazaar sale for the residents where they could purchase items with earned "money" (Vista Bucks). There was also food and drinks being served. All the staff was great that were helping out. I met the administrator, Maria and the general manager, Raquel, who were both actively serving the residents and very engaged. My uncle and his friends seemed to be enjoying the day. My uncle has told me he loves living there.

Regular visits to see the care a family member was receiving. I observed and photographed evidence reflecting unacceptable situations. We have communicated with management and med technology. As of Oct 31, we have removed Mom and taken her to a fantastic facility for the same monies.

It's an older establishment but well kept. They have both independent & assisted living with assisted costing about $1k+ more. The administrator, Maria is very knowledgeable and very nice. They also have many support services for its residents, study as shuttle for Dr appointments and delivery for medications. Meals (from a menu) and snacks are included in their dining room. I'd say if you're looking in this area and it's in the budget, check it out, it's worth the time. Your family is worth it!

My elderly aunt has lived an independent life filled with travel and adventure. I am her only local family and I travel extensively for my work. So when it came time to find a residence that would aid my aunt when needed, while also allowing her to keep her sense of freedom; I knew it would not be an easy task. My search was extensive San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties with many phone calls and site visits. My hunt discovered most of the top rated facilities were clean, adequately staffed, with organized social events and support systems. I am fortunate to have discovered Vista Montana in Hemet. The staff at Vista Montana has maintained a level of attentiveness for over more than 5 years that shows they really do genuinely care about the residence. Whether in fully assisted or semi- assisted living, the residence’s care is tailored to their needs, while preserving their dignity. Once when my aunt was hospitalized a few of managers visited her in the hospital, insured she had the proper level of care until she was fully recovered and independent once again. Money cannot buy this. The relief of knowing my aunt is well looked after while I am hundreds of miles away. PRICELESS!

I live here right now and it’s been a rough few last months because we’ve had to be in our rooms and eating in our rooms instead of in the dining room. I would say one of the biggest issues would be the food. The food is very very average. With at times are below average in quantity but if you let them know ahead of time they will make you a plate for you to take with you on top of you eating in the dining room. As far as the staff here the vast majority of them and I mean almost every single one is extremely nice. The reason I chose here to stay is because I like the fact that they do have a variety of ages staying here. I’m sort of one of the younger ones I’m 68 but there’s a lot around that age. We’ve had some women here that are in there and men that are in their 90s but they are really hip LOL and are great fun. I would say this was a very good choice for me and I’m glad I chose to stay here for the first time staying at an independent living facility. Lastly I would say right now the only thing is that I am having a problem with a man with PTSD that lives upstairs and he is extremely noisy. i’ve talk to the general manager about this issue and they’re trying to figure out what to do and they better figure it out soon because I’d hate to leave because of that one problem nobody else has this problem. But people around me can definitely hear him. They do try and give everyone a chance before they end up moving them on. I am just taking it day by day. But if you come here you will definitely like it it is a very fun place it’s not all that uppity uppity like some of these places are like Brookdale which I stayed out for just a couple weeks. If you want high end please any Brookdale’s would be nice but you’re also paying for it. Best of luck to you.

My mother last year in December moved here. She currently is in independent living with the option that perhaps we will have to move to assisted living later. The staff, is AMAZING. Floyd Hughes, has made this such a nice transition. They are very helpful, caring, and have made this flawless. I honestly don't know where i would be without them. I highly recommend them

My wife’s aunt has lived at Vista Montana the past few years and has been very well taken care of! We’ve always been so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff! They’re always willing to go above and beyond expectations to help her aunt. We’d recommend Vista Montana to anyone looking for an great place to live.

Great establishment beautiful and wonderful staff recently was looking for a place for my elderly Great Aunt and a women named Jolene helped us tremendously she was an absolute delight took us on a tour and made my aunt that much more comfortable with this whole transition thank you so much And have a wonderful Christmas. ™’–
