The staff were very nice but it was very dirty place Dirty toilet stayed like that for weeks even after I told them needs to be clean and my mom was walking around with dirty hair I would not even put my dog in this place .😔😞😢

I am posting an outstanding review for Paramount. My mother was there for 3 months for respite care. From admissions to nursing to the receptionists at the desk really took time with you to straighten out any concerns. Also the caregivers and med techs were really great. Even the maintenance crew and shuttle drivers took time out to be helpful. I am grateful for the care received by my 94 year old mother. Keep up the good work Paramount. You will only get better. Thank you very much.

I'm disabled and my husband was having recovering from open heart surgery sicIcouldn't e since I couldn't be cared for at home we looked for assisted liv ing near us paramount is literally around the corner from us so we checked there first my 2 month respite stay was wonderful the staff and other residents were very kind meals were plentiful and delicious the rooms and common areas are kept very clean a variety of fun activities if the need arises again paramount middleburg heights will by first chocice but this on the top of your list of communities to visit better than a community it is a family

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I felt this one was important. For anyone who’s dealing with the struggles of aging loved one like us, We felt at complete loss and completely stressed and overwhelmed! Paramount took the time to listen, (I mean really listen! Way past what anyone else cared to dig into or ask) and they really helped guide us to options we didn’t even know that are available to assist us on this new chapter for my family member. All without ever making us feel pressured or anything other than they just truly cared. They helped us feel at ease finally knowing the right choices we were making and for the first time we’ve finally gotten a good nights sleep! For us, it really says something when someone brings you value past just a shiny looking facade, you know they really are experts on aging and the care tailored to each individual for the long term. We had friends warm us about places just caring about filling rooms & getting bodies in and other horror stories of seems beautiful up front but once you get past the mirage there’s no real level of care given and later you find all that you wished you’d known about or asked prior to choosing a place, so we were very hesitant to go this direction with Assisted Living Communities, but We are SO glad we decided to at least see one and were lucky enough to find the exact place that breaks that ugly stigmata!Do yourself a favor - make sure Paramount is a place you add to your list of places to visit, or make it the only place you visit, you’ll be glad you did!!!

This is a perfect size community. They’ve just started renovating as they just took over in Oct 2018 but the changes look good, with still keeping that home-like feel that we really liked here. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. Not only are the already very reasonable for what they offer, but they have truly great incentives in addition! We started this process very stressed and overwhelmed but after our first here our worries were put to ease. We got so many questions answered and additional helpful information we would never have thought to ask or even known about! I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this was an important one. Since at some point we all will be at the point that our loved ones needs have changed and we want to give them the best life and best care, finding someone/someplace that will listen and who will provide further help to make this process as easy as possible is a miracle! We are forever greatful for all the time and attention you gave us and that’s how we know when we finally now sleep at night, we made not only the right decision but the best decision!!!

If your looking for a community that feels like home, this is the place! Paramount has made great effort in improving the community since they acquired in oct 2018. Great staff, great residents, lots activities and the perfect choice for knowing they provide the level of care every step of the way! You’ll be hard to find the staff to patient ratio this good anywhere else. We love the fact it’s all one level if god forbid there were ever an emergency! The location is perfect, too! Close to major highway access and hospital, yet it’s surrounded with nice tree/wooded area of Big Creek Parkway. The views are all really nice. It fit all our wants to move our loved one from home to a community that still feels like home, just with a whole bunch of new neighbors who make the transition even easier! You’d be remiss in your seeking a perfect community for your loved one not to take time to visit this community!

We love this place! Perfect size to acclimate and lots of activities and socializing offered. Great community! Everyone was so pleasant. Really put myself and my siblings at ease feeling so comfortable here & knowing our mom will also be so comfortable here. It looks really nice, but they let us know more renovations are still coming. We really appreciated the time and care in covering all our concerns and discussing openly and honestly the real prices and no hidden add-one and up charges, like we went through with our dad at another place (which is why we aren’t going back!). Just down to earth, real care & just a place you feel good about calling home. So glad we were able to get in now as it’s usually a waiting list we heard. Thank you Paramount!

My dad is in Brookdale. So far, so good. The staff is really nice, cooperative, answer any questions, and work with me. My dad is happy. They have cooking classes where they make pizza together, volleyball, and little activities once a day that keep him out of his room. That means a lot.

Brookdale Middleburg Heights was a lovely facility, but it was expensive and too far away from my house. The facility was clean. The dining room was lovely. The staff who assisted me was good and very helpful. The residents seemed happy.
