The staff is kind and compassionate. The residents are well cared for and always appear clean. The facility itself is as clean as a long term care facility can be. Our family has been very pleased with everything at Quality of Life in Apollo.

This nursing home is so much more than just a place to live ” it’s a true home. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and filled with life. Residents can even take part in the Adopt-a-Plant program, which brings nature and nurturing into every room. The Activity Department is outstanding! They plan community events, creative projects, and fun outings ” from local bus trips to gatherings that bring joy and connection. There’s even a friendly pet bunny who makes everyone smile. The company also offers a beautiful program called Don’t Stop Dreaming, which helps residents fulfill lifelong wishes ” it’s incredibly heartwarming to see those dreams come true. What really sets this home apart is the compassion that shines from every department. The nursing team is attentive and kind, but so are the people in dietary, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and chaplaincy ” each person truly cares. Together, they create a peaceful, supportive environment where residents feel loved, valued, and at home.

My mother spent the last few weeks of her life at QLS Apollo and we couldn't be more pleased with the kind and wonderful care she received while there. When she was admitted, we knew she was in decline and likely wouldn't return home. Everyone (and I mean literally everyone!) at QLS Apollo was very supportive and helpful right from the beginning. They even moved her to a private comfort room where she could be at peace alone and we could be at peace while visiting her. Staff would always check in on her to see if she needed anything, and check in with us to see if we needed anything. You could tell they truly cared for my mom and for us. My wife and I are forever grateful to QLS Apollo and we will never forget what they did for us in one of the most difficult times of our life.

I’m sorry I’ve waited so long to leave a review. Truthfully I’m shocked to see some of these negative reviews. Last April it became necessary to admit my wife as I could no longer manage to provide the care she required. The last thing I wanted to do was to give up caring for her myself and I was very worried her care would be out of my control. This was a completely new experience for me but it didn’t take long for me to realize she was actually receiving better care than I could provide. I personally spent a lot of time at QLS simply to be with her during her final days, even though she usually didn’t know who I was. During that time I was so thankful for the care she received. The nurses and aides showed compassion and kindness as they cared for her. They were always good about keeping me updated on her condition, progress and their plans for her treatment as well as any concerns they may have. I knew she would be cared for when I could not be there. Many of the administrators were so good about keeping in touch and making sure things were going well with her care, and they wanted to make sure that I was doing ok too. Additionally, the chaplain TJ would always come by to check on my wife and me. She always checked to see if she could do anything and we would talk, share and pray. I honestly can’t express how thankful I am for the kindness and love that was shown by the staff at QLS Apollo. Though it doesn’t seem like enough, I can only offer my heartfelt Thank You!

My mom has been there for years. The staff takes great care of her. She doesn't complain. Had dementia. Matt the Administrator is so hands on within the facility. So kind+patient. Yes every nursing home has quirks. They treat my "miracle momma" with respect+dignity. Thank you to receptionist aids nurses and God for keeping his hand on her always. Special thanks to Yvonne! the staff is very loving and caring. the doctor and the pa killed my dad. sunday. 1/5/25. grossly dehydrated. monday, stop IV antibiotics prematurely, was supposed to be on them until the 13th. tuesday, fell out of bed. wednesday, was supposed to be transported to the hospital for a unit of blood, screwed that up. also wednesday, 1/8/25 4:41pm my dad died.. if that's not negligence, I don't know what is..

My father has lived in quality life services assisted living for a few years. The veteran staff is amazing, there is a current run of turnover, but the core staff holds the team strong with compassion and quality care. The current administrator has been great, Lisa will take time out to talk about dad anytime I asked, she has gave me information and resources that have been beneficial to my dads care. Anytime I'm in to visit through meals you will find her in the dinning room and fully immersed serving the residents. It is refreshing to know the admin has fierce compassion and care for our loved ones. She has done great things to stabilize the atmosphere and I feel my dad is in the best place for his needs. I recommend QLS Apollo PC to anyone who wants their loved ones care for correctly.

I live out of state and my grandmother has been a resident there for twelve years. Every time I visit the staff is friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. My grandmother speaks highly of the social worker on staff and my first impression of him is positive. The residents my grandmother introduces me to are friendly and pleasant. I recently stopped my twice to speak with the administrator without an appointment and she was gracious to make time for me and was very pleasant. I couldn't be happier!

We've had a wonderful experience working with QLS- Apollo. The staff has been knowledgable, kind, and empathetic. They've gone out of their way to talk to us and some of the workers have spent their own money buying my grandmother presents (like baby dolls). We've been very happy with our experience and appreciate their compassion when caring for our loved one.

Terrible place for your loved one. Horrible food, any hospital has better food. I have seen a dry peanut butter sandwich as dinner at this location before. But the food here is below sub par for the money they charge here. Barely any physical therapy. Barely any activities. Clothing and other personal items go missing all the time. And there has been times our loved one seemed drugged while on the phone, and he shouldn’t be on anything that would do that. We could write a book about this place. Don’t send your loved ones here.

The entire staff (that I’ve been working with) are incredible! They are so sweet and are taking such good care my mother. I’ve only seen the team go above and beyond. I’m very grateful that my mom is being well taken care of. Just because you don’t have money for an expensive home doesn’t mean the ability to care for our elderly loved ones should be any less. The entire staff is a team of Angles!!! The care my mother received was beyond my expectations! I call them, my dream team. They were not only incredible with my mom, but with myself and my family. Always going beyond because they love what they do. I didn’t just notice how wonderful they were with my mom, they were always kind and caring to all the residents I witnessed them take excellent care of all that’s there. When my mom passed they made her passing kind and gentle. They cried with me and took care that I was doing ok considering the circumstances. Thank you you beautiful Angels in earth! I’ll forever be grateful!!

Quality Life Services Apollo has been amazing since the new ownership took over. They run it like a faith based non-profit offering good care and accommodations to help those in need. The staff is courteous and kind. Their compassion is tireless and I wish them well through this pandemic. God bless you QLS Apollo.
