This has been a great facility for my father-in-law. He's been there a couple years, and is doing very well. It's really lovely inside, with great staff who are responsive and caring.

Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. Easy sign in process, clean facility and the food choice/variety and most important qualty is outstanding. I would like to mention by name the staff personnel who were outstanding during my mom's stay at The Monarch of Richardson: Debi, Tatiunna, Matthew, Rocky, Tempie, Nancy, Kathy, Stephanie, Carol, Victoria, Felix, Camille, Waldo and last but not least Kim. Job well done and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs an assisted living facility and memory care facility for a love one. Thank you so much for all you did for my mom and our family members. Forever grateful.

My mom has been living in Memory Care for 10 months and I couldn't be more pleased with the facility and staff. There is always a feeling of joy in the air... residents are happy, and the staff cares about their residents as well as residents' families. I can’t begin to describe how wonderful our experience has been at The Monarch. My mother has been there a month and she is happy, well cared for and busy! Liza was so very helpful getting us ready to move in. Took care of the details so that I could focus on my mom. Moving day I was nervous and anxious but Ashley, Valero Director, met us in the lobby with a big smile and hug. They took Mom straight to lunch where the other residents were friendly and welcoming. Mom stayed busy the rest of the day while we moved her in. She is in a routine where activities are fun and appropriate. I can’t say enough about the caring staff. Truly, a wonderful experience for our entire family!!!

I love this community, it has a family feel to it. I appreciate the longevity of the staff. I have known and worked with Kim Horn, Ashley Johnson and other team members, even the front desk associate Nancy has almost become a fixture. Week in and week out you will arrive to her smiling face. They have activities for every level of need. I have and will continue to recommend them to my clients when appropriate.

We have been so pleased with the care our relative has received at the Monarch these past two years! The staff always calls family members by name, keeps us informed through timely messages-updates, and has skillfully steered the ship through this years COVID challenges. After visiting 3 other communities, The Monarch is by far the best choice for my mother. Although, I was not able to take a tour of the facility, they were able to share videos of model rooms to give me an idea of what type of furniture would fit. Im happy to say my mom has settled in and is very content. She loves ALL of the daily activities and has come to really enjoy her new home. One of my main concerns was Covid-19. However, Im so grateful to the The Monarch faculty and staff to maintaining a Covid-19 free environment.

The staff here at the Monarch are very kind and very thoughtful. Me and my wife were not able to take care of ourselves and our houses, so we decided to sell our house and move to the assisted living side of The Monarch at Richardson. The Director of Housekeeping and Maintenance, Victoria, makes sure that everyone is doing their job efficiently. I had a wedding ring made by a friend of mine for my wife and my wife absolutely loved it! One day I noticed my wife was putting things in strange places and since has been diagnosed with dementia. One day she lost her ring and was very upset. Everyone looked for a week and Victoria found it! My wife now lives here on the memory care side. So I still get to visit her. P. McQuilliams

My grandparents have lived here for 3yrs and the nurses and staff are amazing. They have always receive the most caring treatment. Even during this Pandemic the Employees and Coordinator made it possible to visit with our loved ones.

Wow!!! I must say this place is incredible. I had the pleasure of taking my sweet Gram here for a visit this past week, along with a few other places, and we loved this establishment! We had the chance to meet the head chef, who is delightful as can be, as well as some of the nursing staff. They took time to introduce themselves and make my Gram feel extremely welcomed and cared for! The staff members who joined us on our tour were so helpful and answered all of our questions with confidence. Gram has decided to make this her new home in a few months once she moves to Texas. I am so excited to see she will be with great company!

Atria Richardson and Ms. Zora Blankenship, Director have the most caring staff. They are kind, patient and attentive. Both of my parents live at Atria Richardson, I am a nurse and I truly appreciate all that they do for my Mom and Dad.

Atria Richardson takes great care of older adults. They have lots of opportunities for socializing and interaction with others from within and outside the community. The Executive Director, Zora, has been with Atria many years and treats the residents like she would her own mother and father.
