I love the staff and how welcoming they are. I appreciate the hard work the staff does for the residents and I love working with the staff and administration when I come into the facility! They also do a fabulous job with the hospice patients we have had there!

My family sent my grandfather here. All I can say is thank you to the staff members at this facility. All the way until his passing, he had nothing but amazing things to say about where he was. I actively communicated with staff and they communicated back just as effectively. You can tell the staff absolutely love their work, and try their hardest to make this painful process slightly more bearable. Thank you to everyone at The Cottages of Payette. 🙂 (Also shoutout to Becca and Keltee. Amazing staff)

My grandma was sent here by her family. I have nothing but gratitude for the employees at this facility. She could say no more than the most spectacular things about where she was until her death. The team clearly enjoys what they do and is doing everything in their power to make this excruciating procedure a little easier. Thank you, The Cottages of Payette.

The food is NOT at all as advertised. Grilled cheese and tomato soup. There brochure said pot roast and a whole lot more. My mother did not think the food was that great. Dessert was served with the plate of food. Most residents ate the simple dessert first and picked at the rest of the meal. The menu that is the brochure was NOT at all what my 90 year old mother got. My rating of care is 4. My rating of food is less than 1.

My loved one has adjusted well here. While we first toured the facility the manager was very helpful with meeting us and giving us a tour while talking about their services. I am very happy with how everybody seemed to be and how it was all arranged. I think their food is good, but my loved one loves the food herself. Their overall cleanliness is great as well. I recommend this location to families that are looking into their options.

My wife had recently taken a tour of this community for my mother and was not as impressed with this place as she was with others. The property had a different vibe to it and did not give that at home feel that I had wanted for my mother. Everyone just seemed very quiet and to them selves and we just decided this was not the place for mom.

I am continually impress by the leadership and staff at The Cottages of Payette. They do a phenomenal job at caring for the resident in a loving and kind manner. I highly recommend them for anyone that is in need of Assisted Living or Memory Care!
