Navion, which used to be brookdale, has friendly staff. We did a car show there and enjoyed being with all the lovely residents. There’s an atrium space in the center with beautiful trees and flowers. Great facility.

Navion was a God send. I did not think my mom would like Assisted Living but as it turns out she loved it. The staff are exceptional in every way. I loved them all and they truly loved my mom. I know she was right where she needed to be and I never worried about her care. The facility was clean, meals were good, there were many fun activities daily and the care she received was second to none. I highly recommend Navion!

Brooke Dale is a beautiful senior living facility that treats their residents with dignity and respect. The staff are so friendly and engaging and eager to help residents and even visitors with anything they need. A beautiful facility that is clean and well kept.

The employees at Brookdale Shelby are by far the best and most caring people that I have met at any facility. They go out of their way to take care of and do things for their residents and always with a smile. Christina, the activity director, goes above and beyond in planning activities within and outside the facility to ensure there are ample opportunities for the residents to engage in. Every staff member is fantastic!

Our mom has been at Brookdale Shelby for more than four years, and throughout the stay has enjoyed exceptional care. The activities have kept her engaged and the facility has kept her safe. The best care possible was provided during the pandemic, when friends and family couldn't visit. She feels very much at home at her residence and not only has made new friends, but has also been joined by friends from the past. Many thanks to the staff and leadership there.

Our Mom was a resident of Brookdale Shelby for 6 years, and she truly felt like it was her home. The loving staff at Brookdale always treated her like family, and it was such a comfort to know that she was happy and well cared for. And we loved visiting the daily activity calendar is packed with something for everyone, and the special friends and family events were always such fun, making us feel like we were a part of the Brookdale family too. You could not find a better retirement community!!

Brookdale Shelby is the premier senior living facility for the Shelby area . The building is beautifully decorated and the grounds are always well maintained and filled with seasonal flowers. The front porch,living room and courtyard make you feel right at home. The staff is exceptional! They are always attentive and caring. It gives my family great peace of mind to know our loved one is in a safe, loving and respectful living environment.

I feel the need to write a review of Brookdale Shelby, NC My husband was a resident but for a mere two months before he died, but in those two months I had more mental and physical relief because of the confidence in the care of my dear man. I cared for him on my own for many years but felt I could no longer handle his every day needs as I should. I searched many facilities before finding that Brookdale was the place for us. And was I ever happy I chose this spot. The staff from the President down to the house keeping team all never faltered in their excellent care and devotion to that care of him. I must give accolades to all this staff . It was clean and well manicured. I believe I found the best place. I would never hesitate to suggest this facility to anyone I meet.

Brookdale Shelby is a wonderful assisted living community. The staff goes above and beyond their daily duties for the residents. They don't just provide senior care, they TRULY care for and love their residents. My Uncle has been there just under a year, but my Father-in-Law has been there for several years. The entire staff actually "want" to be a part of the residents lives. Christina, the Activities Director, can be seen daily singing, dancing, and dreaming up ways for the residents to have fun! I highly recommend this community!
