My mother in law has lived at Vitality Senior Living on Dallas Dr in Hudson for over a year now. The apartments are nice, the facility is always clean. bright and cheerful. The staff is phenomenal! I would love to mention them all by name. but there are too many to name. Hugs, smiles, laughs and encouragement is abundant. Residents are engaged, dining, playing games, doing crafts, exercise, meditation, and parties of all sorts. Thank you for making our mother comfortable, happy and well!

Vitality Living Hudson is a beautiful place to live in your senior years. The staff is attentive and always helpful, going above and beyond much of the time, especially Bernice, the Wellness Director. The dining room is pretty, and the meals are very nice. There is a very real sense of community among the residents and the staff making life there very enjoyable. I highly recommend Vitality Living Hudson for anyone seeking either independent or assisted living. This facility, and its staff, truly deserve a 5-star rating.

My husband and I moved my mother in law in a little over a month ago and I have no complaints. It’s well kept , plenty of activities, nice dinning rooms, apartments ,and common areas. It’s easy to find a parking spot. The concierges, housekeepers, maintenance guys, servers, nurses, med techs ALL .. that I have had interactions with have all been sweethearts and very accommodating of her needs. Our minds are at peace with her welfare knowing they are taking exceptional care of her. It’s a place that we would not mind living in when/if the time comes, and that says a lot! I highly recommend Vitality Living for those seeking placement for their loves. This place truly deserves a 5 star rating .

Look no further, Vitality Living in Hudson is the best there is out there! Nineteen years ago, I needed to find a place for my mother-in-law to live. We found Vitality (called Atria at the time) and there was no looking back! Since then, my aunt called it home for 5 years, then my father for another 5 years, and now my brother has a lovely one-bedroom apartment that he's calling home! When we realized that my brother needed assistance, I volunteered to check out Vitality to see if it was still as wonderful as we remembered. Not only was it just as beautiful as ever, it was like I was coming home for a visit! Several people who were there all those years ago were still there! When Bernice (the Director of Wellness) saw me unexpectedly come into the building it was like old homes week! Hugs and good wishes all around... even though I hadn't been there in 6 years! When I got off the elevator I ran into Annie, one of my father's caregivers, and she recognized me immediately and gave me a big hello. It speaks volumes that the staff is still there, helping people navigate a new living experience with comfort and grace. Bernice is an amazing presence at Vitality, and is endlessly kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful with whatever your needs may be. There have been some wonderful upgrades to the facility since my last visit, so I have to say that it's actually better than ever. Clean, beautifully appointed common spaces, spacious rooms, and a beautiful dining room serving delicious, well-balanced meals. You are family when you're at Vitality Living in Hudson. As I said... look no further!

If your reading this review it maybe be because a loved one is needed a place for care or independent living. I will say my mother has been in 3 different Alf's over the years and by far this is the best in terms of Care, Space, Food Activites, and Price. Vitality Hudson is a fantastic facility. My Mother loves it and really like the community of residents. I will start with Dan the Director who is present and answers questions and resolves problems that may arise. This is very important. The dining room Manager Crystal is fantastic and insures everyone is happy which is a difficult task these days. The activities are amazing with 4 activity personally. Front desk is great they are not rude and very helpful. The pick up area is large and covered another plus. The building has a generator so residents can stay in their rooms and that is a huge deal for a senior to stay in their room and not worry about power outage. Most importantly is the nurse director Bernice and her asst Lisa both been there many years one even 20. The place has great staff managed very well. My mom's team of care are all excellent and she has never waited for anything. Please be sure to meet with Sharon their property consultant she is great and is very patient. The only regret my Mom has had is she wish she moved sooner!

6 stars ! The entire staff has gone 120 % to care for my sister. The facility is spotlesly clean. The food is great. ( I visit several times a year). Emergency service is there for you 24/7 . I can't say enough about the staff. Friendly, loving and professional ! Many activities for seniors but the swimming pool is delightfully refreshing. Anyone thinking about assisted living should visit this wonderful place. You will be amazed as I am...!

Over the last twenty-five years my wife and I have placed two residents here. My mother in 2000, and more recently, a friend without family. My mother (78) has passed, but she loved the staff and privacy of her apartment. Our friend has lived there several years, but just moved because of the need for intense care. She enjoyed living there; very fond the attention and services the staff provided. From my point of view, (that of responsible party) a better management team (Bernice) could not be found, They were always available and happy to assist. Their concern for the resident showed in the solutions offered. Cannot say enough of how much they went above and beyond. A caring staff, bright and cheery surroundings, off the menu restaurant style food (served at the table or in your room), secure, clean, facility with multiple "mingle" opportunities and events, this is a great place. Highly Recommend.

This was the first place i checked out for my mom and I was blown away at how clean and bright this place was. My original tour was not scheduled so they had no clue I was dropping in. The director Sharon was not available but Lara was. Lara showed me around without my mom being with me. Wanted to get a feel about the place as this would be where my mom would be living for her next few years. Lara showed me every nook and cranny of the place. Gave me information about the daily/weekly activities as well as provided details on the trips they take I fell in love with it. Mom has already visited another place with my sibling so the next day when Sharon followed up. Mom happened to be with me at the time and I just said to Sharon that mom is with me think I will drop in. Again they opened their arms to us at the drop of a hat. This time we happened to show up later in the day and they had a passport celebration of Greece. So many of the livin guests were in attendance. They were really living it up. Getting into the Greek appetizers that were being served, the videos and getting their pictures in front of a Greek poster. My mom’s eyes brightened up. Will say it’s been a push for a while to get my mom to agree to look at an assisted living facility. In her mind she was only thinking of what her grandparents lived in. Which definitely was old school. Nothing even close to this environment. Mom will be moving soon to an assisted living facility. She chose a different one really close but if it was me I would have voted on this one. But hey she is the one that will be living there so the choice is hers. Believe me she liked this facility very much. It just didn’t go to her specific church and she wants to continue with hers. But doesn’t mean down the road when they have other clients join that they wouldn’t start going back to mom’s church. Which they confirmed was the only issue Would definitely suggest checking this place out.

Vitality was home for my husband David for 3.5 years. His apartment was lovely. It was a deluxe 1 bedroom over looking a pond with a variety of birds. How we enjoyed watching them. Even though the facility is beautiful, it is the staff that makes it such a wonderful place to live. There are too many wonderful workers to list but each one made David feel special. As his health declined they took such good care of him. In his last days, they provided him with hourly care . I could not have asked for better care or compassion. They fulfilled my greatest desire for him to be treated with such love and caring.

We took a tour of the facility and were impressed. The facilities look clean and well maintained. The sales counselor, Sharon, did a wonderful job taking us around the facility. She answered all our questions and was pleasant and friendly.To end the tour, she gave us each a piece of apple strudel made on site. That was thoughtful and appreciated. We will consider this facility for our independent living needs.

Words cannot express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at Vitality Living Hudson. We moved our mother to the facility (then, Windsor Woods) in July of 2020 and she remained for 4.5 years. I visited frequently, usually for several hours each visit. I highly valued the facility, itself, and actually witnessed a compete building remodel of the common areas in the summer of 2023. The daily activities, food, and services offered were beyond expectation. The staff, of course, is the key to any successful business, particularly elder care facilities. Over the past 4.5 years, I met and truly cherished a plethora of amazing people, on staff. Med Tech Annie Lambert was beloved by Mom and truly went above-and-beyond her job description and duties in caring for her. She is priceless and will be sorely missed. Director of Wellness Bernice S. was the consummate professional that was always thorough, thoughtful, responsive, understanding and reliable. Bernice is the cornerstone of the community. Wellness Supervisor Lisa L. was so appreciated for her thoughtfulness, attention-to-detail, responsiveness, and could be relied upon to answer any and all questions. Both Bernice and Lisa maintained continual communication with me regarding Mom’s health, medication, general well-being, and more. Staff members that made an enormous positive impact on me in their level of kindness, professionalism, generosity, empathy and personalized attention include Med Tech MaryEllen H., LPN Kai, Activities Director Johnathon T., Driver Kenneth, Cook Kim, Housekeeper Linda, Concierge Lee, Concierge Lynn, Community Business Director Terri C.S., and, of course, Executive Director Lara K. Thank you all. The facility and amazing group of employees were truly a blessing and I highly recommend Vitality Living Hudson.

Just got back from Vitality Living in Hudson. I was truly surprised as we drove up to the building! I was expecting something older and a little run down. Well.... let me tell you how impressed I was at what I saw. The place is beautiful!!! Went inside, no nasty smells, so clean and cheery. We were greeted by Peter, he was very engaged and helpful. He is also a cutie patooti. The apartments are updated and very functional, no wasted space. And clean clean clean! My sister immediately said yes to the place. The staff is inviting and looks like they truly want to be there. Everyone we met, even the residents, where pleasent and helpful. I spoke with a resident that has been there for 1 year and she enjoys living there. All the residents where mobile, and had pep in their step. Had lunch, was surprised at the quality and quantity of the meal.This place is so nice that when my time comes. I will be going back!! We'll get back to you in a couple of months to let you know if we still feel the same.

When my mother's longtime partner passed on, I started looking for a new living situation for her. One where she could maintain the type of social life she had become accustomed to and one that would support her independence at the young age of 100. Of course, comfort and safety was at the top of our list of needs, too. Sharon reached out and invited us to tour her community to meet some of their current residents and see why they have such a great reputation in the area She has provided me with information and the confidence that I need to recommend to Mom that we visit and see if this is a good place for her to move to. Change is hard and Sharon has been patient and supportive for months as we try to determine what is our next step. Although mom has decided to stay in her home for a while longer, Sharon has stayed in touch with us and assured us that she Will always be available to be of some service should the time come for us to make a change. This review is intended as kudos to Miss Sharon Who, if she is indicative of the quality of care provided in this community, gives me the confidence to recommend making this mom's next home.

I wrote a review earlier this week, but for some reason it did not appear, so I'll give it another try. First, I'd like to thank all the nurses at Vitality, especially Bernice and Lisa for the outstanding care and compassion they showed my mother. Unfortunately, I was not able to learn all the other nurses and aids names that assisted my mother, but they also did an outstanding job. My mother could be very difficult and stubborn at times, but they never wavered and treated her with the upmost respect. I would also like to thank Terri and in particular Judy, who handled the financial end of things. Judy was extremely helpful, when I ran into a few glitches pertaining to my mother's long-term care insurance. I am most grateful for all the help and assistant she gave me. Also, thank you to all the custodians, maintenance, cooks and wait staff for their outstanding efforts. I highly recommend Vitality Living, it's a very nice, clean, safe environment for an elderly parent or loved one, who will receive compassionate quality care, that will give you ease of mind and worry-free concern for your family member.

I would like to thank the staff at Vitality. All the nurses who took care of my mom, especially Bernice and Lisa and the other aids, that unfortunately who's names I don't know as I didn't have the pleasure to meet them. Although I know my mother could be difficult and stubborn at times, they treated her with compassion and kindness regardless of the situation, and for that I am most grateful. I would also like to thank Judy and Terry, who handled the finance end of the business and other various duties. Especially Judy, who helped me navigate some issues that I was having difficulties with. Also, my thanks go out to the kitchen staff and severs, janitorial workers and custodians. Vitality is a very nice place and has dedicated, professional, caring people running it. Update: My 91-year old mom spent 17 months here in a very nice studio apartment. She was well cared for by compassionate staff, led very efficiently by Bernice Solfio, the facility's Wellness Director. A very competent and caring professional, Bernice was never too busy to listen to my concerns or willing to check in on mom, when needed. This was particularly reassuring, since I live in Oregon and had to make arrangements for mom longdistance. Unfortunately mom now needs more care than this ALF can provide, but they have my sincere appreciation for mom's care during her time there! Chose this for Mom based on several recommendations by locals. Exceeded expectations with very competent and caring staff!

I wanted to share an update to this review. My sibling and I remain supremely happy with Vitality at Hudson as my father approaches his one-year anniversary there. Since my mother passed away early last year, my father has been surrounded by warmth and care from both staff and other residents. Vitality Hudson is a beautiful, well-maintained property and staff are outstanding. Residents have many activities available to them and my dad has been welcomed with open arms and has made many new friends.....(old review here:) We are elated at the reception our parents have received at Windsor Woods since arriving a week ago. Everyone has been so nice, and the service has been above and beyond. Every time we looked up, someone was showing up to help with setting up TVs or handheld shower heads or even the shower seat we ordered (we didn't even ask!). Our mother's designated caretaker has been amazing; we love her already. All of the people caring for my parents have been gentle and helpful. The dining room folks have been so nice; the food has been terrific; the place is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and clean; and the surrounding wood is tranquil and lovely. The grounds are gorgeous and expansive. There are many activities for residents each day and people seem happy to be there. Whether my parents have needed help with a maintenance issue or care issue, someone has been there promptly. The peace of mind this community has brought my sibling and me is indescribable. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.

However was so hurt and disappointed when my mom passed away, not even a sympathy card to the family or a thank you. Even with my family donating a lot of her stuff for someone moving in and in need. It took me over a year to talk my father into going to an assisted living and after carefully searching for one I picked Atria. My father absolutely loved it there and commented "Why did I wait so long to agree to this" He had lived in the same place for over 25 yrs but quickly called Atria home and loved his beautiful apartment. He formed a quick connection with many of the staff. They definitely took very good care of him which put my mind at ease. They transported him to Drs appointments when I wasn't available which was a huge help. I visited multiple time a week and there were activities going on often. He had a medical emergency that sent him to the hospital then to rehab where everyday he begged me to go back home but unfortunately passed away before he could. I am so happy I choose Atria and they made him so happy in his final almost 2 yrs.

My 94-year-old mom is currently an Atria resident and we both have nothing but high praise for the care she has received here. The care staff work with families to do their best to accommodate individual needs and with longtime care staff like Mary Ellen and Annie, I have felt my mom is more than a resident. She is part of the family. And newer care staff member "Z" recently went out of her way to help me with a problem I had (did someone say "missing cat"?) while visiting mom. Special accommodations were made while my mom transitioned back to her apartment from a hospital visit and rehab. The Windsor Woods team pulled together to make a difficult situation for us as easy as possible on their end. I feel my mom, my brother and I are supported here. And we are grateful for the care and compassion they have shown us. I knew mom was loved here when Annie spotted mom on her rehab return, called out to her, greeted her with a hug and escorted her to her table in the dining room. Thank you, Windsor Woods team for your empathy and kindnesses.

I used to feel this was a great facility for my grandmother. That was until she and her poodle were attacked by Rottweiler living in the facility. My grandmother went to the hospital and the poodle was killed. The facility has done nothing to help her through the situation except let them know there were too many people in the room when they were bringing her home from the hospital. I have not seen less care for a difficult situation. Needless to say, she will be leaving this facility. I hope you find a better facility for your loved ones.

If your family member lives here but is coming out of rehab, be very alert! All individuals in wheelchairs are hidden In the back and also eat in the back dining area. The staff in the back 1st floor has a AM helper that Is straight evil ...she acts like she is so impositioned with this position. My grandma even nicely contacted the director and stated they might have a personality difference. She gets her out of bed wont let her brush her hair or put her hearing aids in no glasses either and whisks her to the dining area in 8 min total. She is miserable ...but the food is better than most even though it's the same menus every week and guests are 12 dollars a plate.
