I recently had to move a loved one to Lincoln Village assisted living. A transition like this can be bumpy — but the staff at Lincoln Village were outstanding. They helped my loved one acclimate and were accommodating with every request. Great staff! Highly recommended!

I have been in senior living since 2012 and that is one of my absolute favorite communities here in Port. I was previously in a position where I would travel to many Assisted Living communities so I know what is out there. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The residents that already live here are so sweet and upbeat! They love to be out and do activities together. I've the food many times now and I have yet to not be completely impressed. So far, I love it!

Lincoln Village was my dad's home for five years and they provided him with the full spectrum of care from Assisted Living to skilled nursing and memory care and hospice at the end. Staff was like family and dad had made many friends during those years. We are so grateful to Lincoln Village for their support, care and compassion. Plus, the facility is lovely and the food is great! Recommend very, very highly!

Staff was very pleasant and seemed to know all of the residents well. Comfortable environment and residents seemed very happy and engaged. I did not try the food. Rooms were sufficiently sized and priced fairly well. Not a lot of bells and whistles ( no pool or theater room) but a list of nice activities.

Was able to schedule an earlier tour due to unexpected day off. Was very impressed with this facility but had my doubts because when it was first open my father-in-law was here and he was not happy with the turnover of caregivers but he has been there for 9 months. They have a new director and the staff contains caregivers who are steady good workers. Saw that when someone needs to leave the desk they call someone else to cover for them. And the nurse that is relatively new is awesome. This will be a good fit for my dad since he might need the memory care component at some point.

Everything is going well for my aunt since her move into Heritage Lincoln Village. It has been a positive experience for us so far. The staff is very good at what they do, and has been kind and helpful to my aunt. It is a very clean place. The community is brand new, and everything is still pretty spotless. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, and my aunt partakes in the ones she enjoys. There has been an issue with the food getting to my Aunt cold, but I have addressed these concerns with the staff and they are working to fix it. She has new friends and I really feel they are taking very good care of my Aunt. I would recommend this community.

We are happy with them. They are pretty good at making sure the residents know what activities are going on and getting them involved, and encouraging them to meet people. The food is very good, we are enjoying it. We chose this because of the location, it's worked out pretty well so far.
