We t in was nice lady was nice said she'd need a copy of mn waver I dropped it off u der door as requested said call Tuesday my 2nd message no-one took the time to call no one followed up can't plan any thing waited 2 years for mn waver now a place that cares a less about my mom very very disapointed we got totally blown off forgotten pretty sad

The administration and staff are always so friendly when Im visiting my mother. Due to a management change Northern Pines has had many recent upgrades. The inside now looks up to date rather than outdated like before. Im so glad my family found a place that we all are happy with.

After looking for assisted living for my dad and visiting Northern Pines, we decided it would be the right place for him. The staff is easy to communicate with and seem knowledgeable about what theyre doing, the food is decent, they have a set scheduled for laundry and they clean the rooms more than once a week. The other residents seem nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and organized and the atmosphere just feels like home. They seem to be understaffed on the night shift, but my father is still getting good care and I feel like for the money were paying, were getting a good value from it. I would recommend them.
