As a local resident, I find the current state of the Park Hotel Boarding Home unacceptable. Between the documented statutory violations and the general sense of unease it creates in the neighborhood, it has become a blight on the area. There are serious questions regarding the safety and sanitary conditions of the home that haven't been adequately addressed by the operators. The condition of this property is a major concern for the Plainfield community. It appears poorly maintained and managed, leading to a constant presence of emergency services. The negative impact on the quality of life for both the residents inside and the neighbors outside is undeniable. More needs to be done by the state to hold this management accountable for the dirty and neglected state of the building.

Idk if anyone here reads these reviews. But IDC i’ve been a resident of plainfield my whole life. This place needs to be shut down. They don’t feed the resident because they end up eating from the trash outside. They’re sexual offenders living on the premises near a high school. The residents get raped and have the police called on them all the time. I could go on

Close this place down it brings down the neighborhood has 4 sex offenders currently living there multiple sex offenders near schools this is a shame

The Park hotel provides services for people with disabilities both mental and physical. It provides a place for these people to live safely and to get the services they need. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and comfortable for one person. Providing more than enough room for a single person. Nearby activities: There are loads of things to do nearby including shopping for both clothing and food etc. There are restaurants and thrift stores, anything a person needs or wants is within walking distance. Safety: The hotel itself is safe, and the surrounding area is safe as well. There is a police presence in the area although they aren't needed most of the time. Safety isn't a major concern here, although the police are nearby should they be needed.

This place is a nightmare. Staff is mean. Food is not considered edible. Living conditions are dangerous. Bed bugs are treated better than the residents. Everything described is false.
