VERY hard-working staff, very goof food, beautiful room, FREE handicap-friendly bus system (just call (208) 463-9111 for M-F deviation stop (9:40-3;40). I've lived there for some 8 months now and haven't had ANY issues with the service. Owner-operator, Tami Nichols, as well as Nicole, Ellie (their excellent on-staff nurse) and everyone else there should be VERY proud of their ongoing A+ accomplishments!! 🙂

I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Tami Nichols, the owner snd administrator of Country Living Retirement Home she truly embodies caring, loving and generosity. Her attention to detail regarding the safety and care of residents and employees is exceptional. She is an excellent communicator, which is evident in the well trained staff. The owner has a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations governing senior living facilities. I would recommend working for and residing at Country Living Retirement Home based on Tami’s compassionate leadership and commitment to providing a nurturing environment!

At first, I was a little hesitant about Country Living Retirement Homes because I saw a few negative reviews. But after looking into it more, I learned that many of them came from former employees who had been let go, which put things into perspective. I decided to visit and see for myself, and I’m so glad I did. The staff here is incredibly kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels like home. They truly care about the residents, making sure they’re comfortable, engaged, and well taken care of. The facility is clean, well-run, and offers great activities to keep everyone active and social. I couldn’t be happier with the care my loved one has received. If you’re unsure like I was, I’d recommend visiting and talking to the staff—you’ll see right away how dedicated they are.

country living is a deplorable, disgustingly ran, scary, crooked and gross place. I worked there for a very long time and [name removed] sucked the soul right out of me. If it was possible I wouldn't leave a star.

My father has been in and out of assisted living facilities since 2010. Finding placement that meets his physical and mental needs has been a challenging process to say the least. Country Living has and their staff provides great communication with family members that has eliminated "awkwardness" that I have felt working with other assisted living facilities. Bobbi, Tiffany, Baili and Tami have all been a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your efforts in helping my father have a stable living situation during this time.

Country Living and their staff takes wonderful care of my husband despite a difficult dementia diagnosis!!! He works very well with them and also Treasure Valley Hospice! I would not hesitate to put my loved one in this facility!!! It is very clean and it's staff is very knowledgeable!!!

I have seen the progress of this facility from the day it was purchased by Tami Nichols to the present day. It is an amazing transformation with all the physical improvement, the training of the staff and care given to the residents. Tami and her staff were awarded the Silver Medal in May 2021 by Health & Welfare, Residential Licensing Division. They expressed amazement at how much improvement had been done in such a short period of time. During her 20+ years as an administrator, Tami has been awarded the Bronze, the Silver and the Gold Medal. Congratulation to Tami Nichols and her staff!!

I've had a family member at this facility for close to 3 years now. He has been well cared for and treated with kindness and respect. The staff and administrators have been patient and have gone above and beyond in dealing with the special needs of my family member. I am grateful that we found such a stable, secure home for my loved one.

I can't say enough positive things about Country Living and their incredible staff. My brother-in-law lives here and he gets the best care possible. He isn't always the easiest person to care for, but they always go out of their way to see that his needs are met. Whenever he has struggles the staff is great at communicating with us so we can help make sure he gets the extra medical care he needs. They are a great partner with us for taking care of our family. One of my dear family members has lived at this home for the last several years, and this place has surpassed our expectations in every way. The owner, whom I have known and worked with for years, is one of the most kind, patient, and understanding people I have ever met in my entire life. The facility is clean and my loved one enjoys the privacy of their own well-furnished quarters and bathroom. My loved one who resides there can be a very challenging person at times, and this facility has always treated them with kindness, patience, and care. The medical staff do a fantastic job of making sure my loved one receives their medications and has always communicated with us about any concerns regarding changes in my family member’s health status. They have been amazing throughout the pandemic and take the health and safety of their clients most seriously. I’m just not able to care directly for my family member, so thank God for this place and the wonderful and safe place that they provide. I wish express my sincere gratitude to the owner and her wonderful staff! Thank you!

Country Living has been such a gift! They take such good care of my brother. All of his needs are met and they are so patient with him. Their communication, cleanliness, and care are top-notch. A better facility in the state simply does not exist.

i have lived here for close to 4 years now. in the beginning i had my doubts i had come here at the heighth of the pandemic and living facilitys everywhere where facing incredible difficulties as well as shutting down. when i came here i was used to doing eveything on my own with my own rules.... with the exceptional staff that have been here since i have, i was able to comfortably adjust the scary realities of my own health and the alienation from being more than 100 miles away from any family, Tammy and bobby literally work night and day here to keep this place comfortable and friendly for any resident and are punctual and resposisble for any medications or medical assistance needed. the food is great, the staff is responsible, and for the price, you will not get a private room AND bathroom for the price.... the facility inside is beautfiul and the halls are littered with exceptional art.... i really cant say more.. thank you to ALL the staff that have kept me and wife here comfortable and happy .... and we look forward to many more years with this AAA rated facility.
