My mother lived at the Frankfort Pines for over three years. The care she received was exceptionally warm, thoughtful and responsive to medical or prescription changes or concerns. She made friends with the other residents - social interaction was always encouraged. The residence is always clean and well maintained. The owners are easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I am very thankful for the care that my mother received whenever she had a medical emergency and especially at the end of her life. I really can't say enough good things about how kind and loving so many of the staff were during her days. This is a special place and we are lucky to have it in our community.

What a wonderful place. The owners and staff greatly enhanced my Mothers quality of life over her last 7 months. It was a great relief knowing she was safe and cared for. They treated Mom like she was part of their family. I would not hesitate in recommending the Pines to friends and family in the future.

Mom called The Pines home. The staff is caring and treated Mom like family rather than a resident. Pam, Sheryl, and the rest of staff always showed concern and understanding. She had no worries. Medical, household tasks, ADLs, appointments and all of the rest of life's challenges were taken care of. Mom was safe and very happy. Everything was taken care of for her. She truly loved each and everyone of the staff. Thank you all for taking such good care of her .
