What a wonderful place. The owners and staff greatly enhanced my Mothers quality of life over her last 7 months. It was a great relief knowing she was safe and cared for. They treated Mom like she was part of their family. I would not hesitate in recommending the Pines to friends and family in the future.

Mom called The Pines home. The staff is caring and treated Mom like family rather than a resident. Pam, Sheryl, and the rest of staff always showed concern and understanding. She had no worries. Medical, household tasks, ADLs, appointments and all of the rest of life's challenges were taken care of. Mom was safe and very happy. Everything was taken care of for her. She truly loved each and everyone of the staff. Thank you all for taking such good care of her .

We have been very pleased with the care that my mother has received over the past year. The owners are easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The caregivers are kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to medical and prescription changes or concerns. The residence is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

I am pleased to have an opportunity to comment on the care my sister received while living at the Pines. While none of us look forward to not being able to live in our own homes She certainly had good care during the approximate two years that she was at the Pines . The Pines has a caring and kind staff. The food was better than expected and the owners went the long mile not only for my sister but also for our family. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care for their loved one.

We had my grandmother in a few places in the area, one small place, and the other big chain in the area. Both had major issues. My uncle from Manistee found out about Frankfort Pines and it was the best move our family made. It is one of the cleanest facilities you will ever visit, and you can tell a lot from senior assisted living facilities by the demeanor of other guests. Do your homework, and visit a variety of places.

When it became clear that it was too risky for my Mom to be at home with us any longer, I was in a bit of a panic about finding the right place for her. I am so grateful that we found Frankfort Pines. It quickly became apparent that she was in the very best place possible with caring people and in a beautiful environment. The facilities are always so clean and bright, and the staff is always so helpful. If she couldn’t be at home with us she had definitely moved into a place that was the next best thing. And as her needs changed and her circumstances meant she needed more help, Steve and Pam made sure she was cared for in every way possible. I felt very secure knowing that their attentive caregivers were keeping an eye on her and tending to all her needs. I will always be grateful for all that they did for my Mom.

My mother lived at Frankfort Pines and the care she received was above and beyond what we expected. We expected her needs to be met, but it was so much more. The workers there treated her like she was their own family, and she repeatedly told me how "sweet" the girls were to her. My husband and I spent a full day with her and had lunch with her there, and everyone that we encountered was very pleasant, smiling, and made everyone very comfortable. My mother was a very sociable person, so the activities were a big thing to get her our of her apartment and doing things with others. I don't know that you could find a better place to care for someone important to you.

My mother lived here the last months of her life. The facility was always clean. She said she never had a bad meal, The owners and staff were always very pleasant to deal with and would absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and well taken care of. Just 4 days before my mothers death she told me that "the people here make me feel like someone special", what more can be added to that. Frankfort Pines is a great choice for loved ones that require assisted living. My mother was in the early stages of Alzeheimers and our family was very comfortable with the level of carer that she received there. The staff here is first class.
