I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. Placing my grandmother in assisted living was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I was scared, overwhelmed, and honestly worried about whether she would truly be cared for the way she deserves. But choosing Dorothy’s Soft Touch was one of the best decisions I could have made. Chinyere and the entire staff have been nothing short of AMAZING. They don’t just “do their jobs” — they genuinely care. They treat every resident like family, and that’s something you can feel the moment you walk through the door. My grandmother is blind and has dementia, so her care requires patience, attentiveness, and compassion. The way they look after her gives me a level of peace that I didn’t think was possible. They are attentive, loving, and always make sure she is safe, comfortable, and respected. During a very stressful situation recently, I saw firsthand just how much they advocate for their residents and families. That meant everything to me. I truly don’t believe I would be able to find this level of care anywhere else. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and real love — Dorothy’s Soft Touch is that place. Forever grateful for Chinyere and the entire team

Highly recommended - Dorothys Soft touch is the perfect name! All l see when I am here working is caring, compassionate people caring for someone elses grandparents as though they were their own! When its my time to be cared for I pray to be fortunate enough to come to one of Dorothys soft touch facilities!! Thank you and your staff for all that you do for our senior citizens!! It is appreciated!

Dorothys Soft Touch took care of my Father after my mother passed. The staff, and facility, took awesome care my father. They were a Blessing. We didnt have any worries, issues, or complaints while he was in their care. My Dad could be a lot to handle at times. The staff always went above their duties to make him comfortable.
