I want to thank everyone at Stillwater Senior Living for the wonderful care and support they’ve provided to my father and our family. We’ve experienced other senior living and nursing facilities, and none compare to Stillwater. The building is always clean, nicely decorated, and truly feels welcoming every time we visit. My father constantly brags about the great food and attentive care he receives. Most of all, we’re deeply grateful to Shameem for guiding our family through a process we knew little about. Her compassion, expertise, and personal attention have made all the difference, I’m not sure where my father would be without her help.

Our mother has been in the assisted living section for two years. The staff, at all levels, from the therapy department, dining staff, Wellness partners, front office, etc. go above and beyond for every resident. They stop by and visit, ensure needs are met and then some. Now mom needs more care and they facilitated her move to their on-site Memory Unit and are helping mom and the family acclimate. What a blessing this establishment is ’•’•

My mom was out for assessment in the emergency room when her blood pressure plummeted and when we were released it was almost midnight. The director checked in with me hours into the ED visit and then let me contact her throughout the day and night to keep her informed. The wellness partners greeted us at the entrance and were welcoming despite the late hour to get her safely in bed after a long day. Then the nurse met me and knew right what to do with the discharge paperwork. I highly recommend this home for their true caring and compassion.

My mom has been at Stillwater for over a year now and couldn't be happier and healthier! I am so grateful for all of the wonderful staff, nurses, doctors, wellness workers and friendly residents who have all played a major role in this experience for her. At first, just like most people, my mom did not like it and didn't want to leave her room, because it wasn't home. However, after a few weeks there, she started to come around. Now, she participates in the many activities, she invites family members to join in on going to the events that Stillwater hosts, and she will tell you herself that she loves it there. With our family experiencing several other places of care, I can say without hesitation that Stillwater is TRUE BLESSING!! Thank you for all that you do every day!

My Mom has been in memory care at Stillwater for a little over a year. It was a heart wrenching decision, but the best option for our family. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond in the care of mom, who isn't the easiest person to deal with. I would highly recommend visiting the facility and speaking with Shameem. She answered all of our questions and eased our minds on many areas of concern.

My mother in law lived at Stillwater for several years. Her health declined over the years and she required more care at the end of her life. We were always very happy with Stillwater. Stillwater Senior Living was an amazing home for both of my parents. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best care for them. We will never forget the support that was provided for both my parents and our entire family during some of the most difficult years of our lives.

Unfortunately we have had some bad experience from poor care to simply neglect. We have cameras installed in our mother's room and it is just heart breaking to see the lack of compassion and administration just wants to blame the resident versus accept the fact they have some wellness partners who are not correctly trained in Alzheimer's care and are short staffed which leads to residents being left alone far too long without being checked in on. We are moving our mother end of June and our step father who is on the assisted side. We have seen enough.

This is a wonderful community for those looking for that special place to call home and age in place. If you are looking for a warm, cozy environment filled with compassion, love, and extended family this is where you need to be. It is such a great place for those to call home.
