Granville place is amazing, the whole staff is like family !!! The way they take care of and treat my father is amazing and it makes me so comfortable to know he is there with great people . The events they have are truly amazing and so fun. They all go the extra mile and I am so appreciative!!! The family nights are top notch and full of laughter and love , The staff is like a family to you and your loved ones. Granville place is the best in every way !!! I highly recommend this place for your loved ones that you can not take care off !!!

Senior living was new territory for us. So, we were very cautious, apprehensive, and protective. Everyone there was so open, friendly, and compassionate. They made our mother's transition from living on her own to a senior living facility seamless. They have helped make our mother feel like she belongs and part of a new family. Since losing our father. our mother has been extremely dependent on us. Now she is getting out, interacting with others and starting to enjoy her life again. We are so happy we chose Granville. It is a wonderful, cozy, clean, and amazing place!

Our mom has lived at Granville Place for approximately six months and the part that we love about them is they are like their own little family. Because they only have approximately 30 residents, everyone is addressed by name and they know all the family members by name. They are extremely welcoming and keep the family up to date on all the events, activities and welfare of our Mom. We interviewed many assisted living places and Granville Place was by far the place we felt most comfortable and confident sending our mom, and trust me, she is not the easiest to get along with, but they have welcomed her with open arms. 100% recommend

I come sing here at Granville Place frequently. It’s obvious to me that this residence upholds a high standard of care. I enjoy seeing residents living in such a clean, well maintained home. Also, the staff there frequently host events that are fun and engaging. It’s clear to me that the staff and residents have a loving relationship with one another, and the staff is attentive in the highest regard to everyone living there. Every single staff member is upbeat, loving and kind. Excellent work is being done at Granville Place, and I’m confident to recommend them to anybody interested in what they do.

Granville is an outstanding community with extremely caring staff. Despite the fact that my grandfather has only been a resident for several months everyone knows each member of our family by name. The staff is well trained and extremely friendly. There is never a question about the quality of care my grandfather is receiving and the communication between the staff and our family is exceptional. Visiting Granville is like visiting family and is always a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about the community.

The staff at Granville took care of my mother through the lockdown. They treated her like family when we couldn not be with her. The building has less people living there than some of the larger ones allowing the staff knows each person by name. It offers a welcoming environment.

There aren’t enough words nor space here to fully express how wonderful Granville is. My Mom moved into Granville Place about 2 years ago. I initially chose it there because my Uncle was a resident, my cousin was very pleased, and I knew it would give my Mom and me comfort that family was close. What I didn’t realize is how much we would fall in love with it. The staff is incredible, Kerin, Whitney, Amy, Crystal, Annette, Shakima, Stacey, Candice to name a few. I love all of them. From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home. Over time, Mom’s needs changed and they were quick to evaluate and make necessary adjustments. Whether medically, emotionally, or just simple day to day care..they were there with love and patience. Sadly, Mom passed away last week, peacefullybut I can say with honesty that her last couple of years were spent being cared for with love, kindness, dignity, and respect. I will be forever grateful to ALL of the staff. Finding a home for your loved one is a difficult decision, I promise you Granville will exceed your expectations. I cannot recommend enough.

They have such an amazing team, and they give incredible care! Stacey, Ann, Amy, and KP will help you with all your needs. Their nursing staff communicates great with families to make sure they are up to do date on what’s happening with your family member. I would highly recommend touring if you have time and are interesting in AL.

Granville Place is a cute, quaint little Assisted Living community. There are some amazing employees who work there- Kerin (KP) who is the Director of Celebrations, Amy who is the Concierge and so much more, Whitney, what an amazing nurse, Crystal who helps in Activities and is also the hairdresser extraordinaire, Ruth in housekeeping has been there for a very long time. Always remember, it’s the people who complete the day to day that make a community great. I’ve seen these staff work through the Covid pandemic and were willing to put themselves above others. They never left their posts and made sure all were cared for with grace and dignity.

My beloved Mother Rita lived at Granville. Prior to her moving in, we explored many, many places but found Granville Place was exceptional! They are wonderful, loving, warm people. The medical staff is very professional and caring. Kerin, Amy and everyone, from aides to housekeeping catered to mom's every need. Family nights and holiday celebrations were fabulous and fun. What great times my family enjoyed and Mom was truly happy living there, which surprised my family (happily). Sadly, she passed in 2020. But they were so great to Mom, our family still keeps in touch with our Granville "family" to this day. We still call and bring pastries to residents and staff on a regular basis. Granville Place makes my Mom, age 91, feel as close to home as possible. She loves having friends her own age to socialize with and also do certain activities with. The staff is very caring and friendly. It is well managed by Stacy and whenever you need something the staff is right there to handle it. There are many amenities too like in-house hair salon managed by Crystal, who is also an activities aide. Then there’s Kerin who keeps everyone busy with events and activities. There are many other caring people like Amy at the front desk. Too many to mention but I can’t forget the nursing staff managed by Whitney. My brother and I are so fortunate to have such a place so close to us so we can visit regularly.

We absolutely love Granville Place for our Mom!!! The day before she moved in she did not want to go and within 24 hours, she totally LOVED it! Our family credits the amazing staff at Granville! They are the most caring & loving staff you could ever imagine!!! Kerin is fantastic- always keeping our Mom busy with all kind of activities .Amy is always helpful at the front desk, Crystal styles her hair each week (a hair salon right on site!!) And we can’t say enough about the terrific nurses! The place is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained! Thanks Granville for caring for our 90 year old Mother!

Granville place is truly one of a kind and a Burlington gem. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the care, needs and comfort of their residents. My grandmother lived in this facility they went above and beyond for her and always treat you like family. She always raved about her favorite ladies.. Kerin, Amy and Whitney. These ladies are the backbone and the heart of Granville, without them it would be just another facility. Granville place gives a homey feel from the moment you walk through the doors and see the quaint fireplace in the lobby. The staff know and treat the residents there like family, and they strive to improve their quality of life through activities and their tender care.
