The Seaford center is the most amazing facility. The quality of Care and the staff are beyond anything you can possibly imagine. Considering that they are understaffed, underfunded and severely overworked; the fact that no matter the circumstance or time of day you are always greeted with a smile and the willingness to do anything to make you comfortable. So much effort is made to accommodate the residents, both permanent and rehab. If you are willing to do what it takes to thrive, they are there for you. Therapy department will give you every opportunity to not only improve but have a wonderful time while you're doing it. Housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, appointment arrangements, activities finance and of course the nurses and aides... If I forgot anyone please forgive me there was no one who does not deserve every accolade available. Obviously, these people truly care. There couldn't possibly be any other reason for them to continue working there.

My options to rate the visit were disappointing and awesome. I found it to be somewhere in between those options. It was very efficient checking in and out but it was sad to see so many patients hanging around in their doorways. Don’t know much about it otherwise!!

I was very nervous about the upcoming admission of my wife of 43yrs to Seaford Center. She was not wanting to go there or anywhere. To my great relief the staff at admission was very sensitive to my concerns and fears. I truly believe that the administration staff were real. I became comfortable in the knowledge that Kay will be taken well care at Seaford Center. Also, as I moved through the Center it was clear that the home was very clean and well taken care of. Staff & therapy was wonderful in this facility. Each day was filled with attentive staff & lots of OT & PT which allowed me to navigate walking again! I am very grateful & I would recommend this facility if you want to get better quickly.

Nicer than used to be. My son gave 18 years of his life. He loved his patience and most of the staff. But when he passed some nasty women worked there. Wouldn't let patience come to his memorial. R.I.P Justin komorowski my son.

I visited the Genesis Seaford Center twice today. Both visits were welcoming. I initially, thought that the new security system would be intimidating. However, I found the system quite user friendly with the assistance of the personell at the Receptionist desk. For me, the Receptionist desk was Top Noch in customer service; providing a welcoming, friendly, and helpful environment. Thank you Genesis.

My friend and I visited a former teammate (and current patient) that we hadn’t seen in 40 years. Upon entry, we were greeted warmly by the Receptionist and informed of the visitors protocols. We were impressed with the ease yet thoroughness of the registration process that led to a very enjoyable visit.

My dad is at the center and I couldn't be any happier with the way the nurses and aids have been taking care of him. All the social workers, therapist and just everyone who works there is so nice and caring. If your family member ever needs to be in a rehabilitation center I strongly recommend the genesis seaford center.

They have been taking excellent care of my 91 year old mom. My mom has dementia and severe mood changes. They do a very good job with her. Facility is older but much cleaner than the hospital my mother was in prior to coming herewould recommend

It's fast, secure, easy entrance and exit they take your temperature, take a picture even if you have a face mask on. Easy peasy in and out.

Visited a patient and was pleased to see a member of staff taking meal order from the patient. Also, when I left patient and was walking to the exit, another patient called to me for assistance. I informed him I didn't believe I was allowed to help him, but stated I would notify staff he needed help. I reported the patient's room # and first name to personnel at the front desk. They thanked me and assured me they would make sure patient received attention. I'm old and if I reach the point of needing a nursing home, I would definitely consider your facility.

Not adequately staffed, food is not good, building and rooms tired and dark, care is minimally adequate to poor (ie, no wound care for one week post surgery). My relative has missed multiple appointments due to staff not procuring transportation. Some nice staff, but they can’t make up for the rest.
