When we were faced with the need to find an assisted living facility for my mom, we hoped and prayed that we would find a place that was close to us, and that she would want to call home. We wanted safety, security, and the highest level of care she so deserved. We found it all, and more, at Carrollton Gardens. The community spirit and family atmosphere were so welcoming to us. It is a beautiful facility, and the activities offered were varied and enriching. We enjoyed the freedom to come and go throughout the day, enjoy meals with mom, and be in constant touch with medical staff as needed. Carrollton Gardens was exactly what we needed, and what mom needed to be happy and comfortable for the last months and days of her life. For that we will be forever grateful.

Blessed with four parents (two natural, and two step-parents), all of whom required care, I have dealt with various elder-care facilities since 2017. I know the goods ones, and the ones that fall a little short. This is a good one. My mom and step-dad moved to Carrollton Gardens (CG) about a year ago from a very nice facility they could no longer afford. With the move, my siblings and I were concerned about the quality of care, and the possible negative effects of the move. Amazingly, my dad improved after the move and is doing very well in the memory care unit. Mom is in assisted living, and loves her "little apartment" as well as the delicious food! Each of my parents have unique needs. The management and staff at CG provides excellent care and a warm environment geared to each resident's specific needs. They allow my mom to easily move between the units to spend as much time as possible with my dad. The management team strives for continuous improvements in both the physical facility and in the care provided. We have been pleased with the outcomes--the facility is really pretty, welcoming, and warm. They host a variety of activities to engage both the residents and their families. Carrollton Gardens has been a life-saver for the parents and for our family. We especially appreciate the reasonable cost for care and management's consideration of our financial situation. We recently signed new contracts for continued care and feel this will be my parents' home until God calls them home. My four siblings and I have been so pleased with Carrollton Gardens, and our parents are happy there. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking long-term elder care for themselves or thier family members.

This is a awesome facility they took good care of my mom. Kristina was awesome with my mom and very respectful I was very sad to see her go they need more people like her but other then that this is a awesome facility 5stars from me, I recommend all.

Over the past 15 years I have had 2 different family members live at Villagio of Carrollton. I love that it is a smaller community. The staff treated my mom and my sister like family. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for assisted living. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care they received over the many years they lived there.

The staff are all very friendly from the Executive Director to the caregivers. The rooms and very well maintenanced and cleaned. This team really goes the extra mile to make sure all expectations of the patient and family are met.

I have entertained the residents at this community over the years and I have been missing going there since the pandemic. The residents here are happy and engaged...the staff always seems to be very involved with them. You dont see that in every assisted living. Ive eaten the food when I visit and the meals always seem to be well balanced with protein and appropriate sides. In a world where people lean toward negative feedback I wanted to praise this special community for doing things right.

Im a staff here at this facility. I love it here. I love how we all work as a team to get the job complete make sure the residents is comfortable and happy here. Im so glad to be apart of this establishment. We always put the residents first. This like a second home I never want to leave . Its just so amazing here. I come in early just to see the all the residents the amazing staff. The also be having little activities like Bingo etc , to keep the residents busy during this hard times of the COVID still going on in this world. Love it #GreatFacility

I am the lead med tech here at Villagio I absolutely LOVE it here. The caregivers are so dedicated to their residents. Our Executive Director, Toni Smith, does an amazing job making this place feel like a home. With COVID-19 it has made it hard for us to love on our residents like we usually do but we are all finding new ways to spread love happiness to our residents. We keep them busy active with social distance exercise painting. We take them all outside (6 ft apart of course) for the Kona Ice Truck, family car parades just for some fresh air popsicles. I would put my parents here at Villagio because I know they would get world class care from an amazing staff ❤

Villagio is great! They have amazing chefs and very good food. Lots of activities for the residents.The building itself is very warm and homey and the whole team is caring and compassionate. We've been to other assisted living communities and Villagio seemed like one of the best options for our family.

I was looking for an assisted living for my mom so i checked around and The Villagio looked great. When I first came they showed me all around, their staff made us feel so comfortable and were so caring that my mom loved them immediately. Not only are the people great and caring but its a fun place and a clean place. its been about 4 months and i see my mom all the time. everyone is still great and caring and my mom seems to fit in really well. i feel so much better knowing she is in a safe environment with good people around her

I have had the opportunity to visit a few of the Villagio communities when i am traveling, including Villagio of Carrollton. I happened across them on Google this morning, and wanted to do a quick review of the ones that I have been to. I have been here a few times, and each time, the staff has been very friendly, and the residents are very happy. The building itself has a lot of natural light and the courtyard is beautiful. Families appear to be very happy with things and the few times I have been there, the activities have been fun to watch. I am pleased to have had the chance to support Villagio because I know some of the people, and they truly care about the well being of their residents. The last time I visited, I took my young kids. They enjoyed seeing the 'senior living place,' and liked wii bowling!

I truly enjoy what I do and I see that same trait in the people doing the job around me. I see incredibly bright and competent people in our communities every day. The happiness I see on our residents faces, and the passion we put in to making that happen is a wonderful thing. Villagio of Carrollton is a beautiful updated building. The courtyard is one of my favorite parts of this community.
