My experience at richwood has been up and down but with the staff of sanela she goes over and be on to let you know that she is there for you Josh is the a very good person and dont ever hate to help Kim is always ready to help you with anything the nurse Christina is the best she helped in so many ways and cares alot and there is more that are good but those are my most appreciated thank you all so much

My experience at Richwood has had bads with its goods but nurse Christina is a helpful person that has passion about what she does and is the best nurses aid Sanela is great help on what ever I need with no complaints nurse aid Kim is also great help and is passionate about her work

I want to compliment Annabell Chaffin in the business office. In the past I had problems getting statements submitted to my insurance company which created a real problem for me. When she took over I never had another problem. I certainly appreciate her timely efficiency.

I want to thank Amber for making it painless helping me to get my sister to Kentucky from Florida. The administration bent over backwards to give Karen and my family 11/2 years of spending time as a family instead of alone in Florida. For the nurses and the staff that cared for her were so personable and interested in her well being that I never worried if she was being cared for. Thank you for being the kind of place that treats you with respect to both patients and their families.

Brad,Violet, Ilivea, and Amber are an asset to the facilty. If I had a healthcare business i would be after them. I am glad I chose Richwood for my rehab stay. One thing they need to work on is the food. The staff and everyone here made my visit very pleasant.

My son went to Richwood under Hospice care. Everyone there was extremly helpful and thoughtful. He had excellent care. They moved him to a private room at the end so the family could stay with him 24, 7. A few of the nurses even followed him to visit after he was moved off thier floor. I would rate them as high as possible.

My grandfather went here for "rehab." Though, I was informed by my grandmother that they hardly worked with him. He was in bed most the time. Every time she arrived, his urine bag (urostomy) was full and not being changed. He wasn't being given water when he requested. He got discharged yesterday, and had more trouble walking now than he did before arriving.

I was a resident-patient in fall of 2020. The care I received was outstanding and the staff was amazing. Rehab department got me on my feet again and much thanks to them. I highly recommend Richwood as they truly care about you or your loved ones. Thank you and god bless. J

Since I have been here it has been a pleasant experience. People are helpful, friendly, and concerned. I have been evaluated by therapy and excited to bring my walker so I can more independent. I know the staff doesnt mind to help me but I want to keep my independence. Meals have been great. I havent had to turn anything away. I think any one would enjoy it here.

I love the richwood, its been so greta here ive been here since august 2019 and as soon as I started here I felt welcomed im so happy to be apart of the richwood family, my grandma has been here before aswell and they always treated her as great as they would treat their own family.

I have been here since 2015. If you have a loved one or someone that has to be placed this is a good place to go. Everybody here is nice and loveable. We dont meet strangers here. I really enjoy therapy they are very nice and friendly. The kitchen staff is good also if i do not like what is on the menu i can exchange for something else. Activities has daily exercises, bingo is my favorite activity here. They have different bands come and sing for us. This is my home.

my mother was there they really took care of her they all are so friendly my mother passed away there all the workers loved her she was in the memory ward I would go see her everyday

I started working at Richwood Nursing and Rehab in December. I have enjoyed getting to know the residents and families but simply blown away by the community engagement. I started in the middle of the Christmas festivities and initially moved by how many organizations and individuals are involved with the residents. What I have learned is this engagement continues year round and comes in all forms. All ages, individually or in a group, are involved in loving on our residents at The Richwood!

I have lived here for about 3 years. The quality of food could be improved in the last 6 months it has not been as good as before. The staff is okay. I like it when the staff is familiar with me for my needs.

I have been here two times for Rehab. I really enjoy the family feeling. It doesnt feel like an institution. My first time here the nurse, Stephanie, was very kind and good to me. I remembered her for the last four years. I was shocked when I came back this time and she is still a nurse here. We picked back right where we left off. She truly cares about her residents and the job she does. The second day I met two beautiful nurse aides that really have the heart for their job. The therapy department, I can never say a word against. They all have been very kind and have knowledge in their field. They have me walking again and always come with a smile on their face. I have had times where they push me a little more than i like, but i am doing things I thought I would never do again.I still have a long way to go, but I will get there. I would recommend this facility to anyone near LaGrange. I am sure there are fancier facilities but you will not get the care that you get here. I would like to call out a few names to be recognized, Doug, David, Hailey with a smiling face, Bethany, Gigi has never let me down, Rainey, and so many more i can not even mention.

I am here for short term rehab. The therapy department is very patient working with me on my goals. I have a private room, that I love! My husband is able to bring my dog, whose name is Sammy (my baby). He loves the therapy department so much that he visits them before me. This is a great thing for me while I am in rehab to be able to see him. Maria, one of the aides is outstanding. If I need rehab I will come back to this place. I am having a great experience here!

I have worked at this facility 11+ years. I started as a CNA and now work in admissions-marketing. It is a great place to work. Staff is very friendly and truly care for our residents. I love this place!!

I have the opportunity to tour Richwood Nursing & Rehab weekly. I find the Administrative staff including nursing leadership very responsive, very friendly, very professional. I love that the main dining room is near the entrance and I see lots of patients out enjoying the group meals and activities. Richwood is very clean and was remodeled recently. There seems to be a real family feel at the building. I know some of the administrative staff volunteer their time to take some of the patients out on special outings including fishing, to rock concerts, and do lots of other things to make life better for these patients. I attended a really fun fire-work show for the patients on July 4th this year. Great building!

I love the place I work here at the providence richwood the care we give the team work we have and the residents are happy I wouldn't work anywhere else I've been there 18 yrs I have a few years left in me for my sweet residents whom I love very much with all my heart and our administration and Don are fantastic so if you have a loved one who needs cared for think of us we also have a fantastic therapy deparment

Providence Richwood has been a great place for me to work. The new management and team approach by the Nursing staff, Environmental services, and Dietary staff is a breath of fresh air. The new ownership has really turned things around. The recent years state surveys have yielded excellent results. Many families can't say enough good things about this facility and staff and I agree with them in every regard.
