Words are not enough to express how the entire staff pitched in to make this the best decision I could have made. Honestly, I turned down what on its face appeared to be more resplendent and upscale but it seemed like a show. They packed in so many residents I can't imagine the care or attention to individual needs could be met. Boy, did I make the right choice! Lorraine was key to making everything a breeze for the documents (lawyer approved). Danielle and Misha are dialed in to exactly my mom's special wants and needs. Housekeeping is TOO efficient, and the food was very pleasant and tasty. We saved a lot of money and got twice the care I expected

We moved our Aunt from Sunrise Assisted Living in Shrewsbury only to be closer to family. Lorraine and Dianna at the Orchards Assisted Living made the move painless. Their professionalism and dedication to detail went above and beyond. Prior to the move the Orchards offered free transportation for our Aunt to visit and free transportation during the move. The entire staff at Orchards are always friendly , professional and available when needed. Our Aunt constantly tells us how happy she is there and how wonderful the place is. Glad we made the move for our Aunt. Kudos!

My relative recently needed to move into an assisted living facility. The staff at the Orchards was very supportive and helpful explaining the process, touring the facility, and expediting the move. The facility is spotless, roomy, and well decorated. The staff is friendly and caring. When I ask to get something done, it does get done. The food is good and there is a lot of activities. I highly recommend this facility.

I moved my mother into this facility, and it has been nothing but a 5-star experience. From the incredible Care-Aid's to the Dining Hall Food experience. Helping make the transition easy was the Director - Lorraine Cetta, she makes you feel like family from the moment you meet, and family is everything !

Thank you Orchards for allowing me to participate in the health care of your residents for the last 24 years! The staff and residents have been a joy to work with. This building has established themselves as a warm and caring facility, treating the residents as family. Clean and cozy environment. Friendly and helpful staff. This was my first time visiting and I think each time will be just as pleasant. The nursing staff in the Cedars Court were very welcoming and quick to respond to an issue. My mother has some impaired cognitive function and when I leave from visits she usually tries to follow me out despite what I say. The nurses there quickly pick up on this on step in to assist which takes so much of the burden off my shoulders. It helps to know that my mother is in the care of such attentive individuals.

I think they are very well managed. I think that they truly care about the well being of their residents. The Orchards at Bartley is a a very nice and well kept facility. The people there are really nice and friendly. The care services and activities are great. They offer a lot of activities. Overall, It has been a very good experience at The Orchards at Bartley. The staff is very, very, good, they are very friendly, I would give them a six!! They proactively call me when something happens. They do all kinds of activities, pet day and sing alongs. They have a good variety of food on the menu. Overall I am very happy with the facility and the level of care they are getting. the nurses they have there are outstanding. Having to make the decision is hard, but they are excellent at caring for the people especially with Alzheimers and dementia. It has a nice open setting, and is very clean.

It's a wonderful place! So appreviative of the staff! They've really helped us adjust my loved one, and are taking care of the transition! The finances were a breeze, because they work with Elderlife! No worries about assets, and worked with us and our situation! That's a great service in itself! They offer three levels of care, from Assisted Living to Nursing Care, and have local doctors you can switch over to! Also, the hair services are inexpesive and the nail polishes are free! There's a small chapel and they offer church services and transportation to mass. They also don't categorize people by their needs, and everyone is treated equally. Community oriented - boy scouts, local musicians, and activities! They are warm, clean, and nicely decorated! They are a comfortable and secure community that we were sp fortunate to find!

My mom is very happy their. She really enjoys it and she has met a lot of nice friends. At first mom didnt really want to go she liked living next to my brother but now she loves it. My mom is on social security income and they took her in without any additional fees. Mom has dementia and it seems like the only activities they have for her to do is bingo night, movie night and the once a week outing. They could use some more activities. The food is excellent! Mom likes it a little too much so with her dementia she will over eat, so her friends help to keep track of her intake so she doesnt eat too much since orchard doesnt monitor food intake. She has a shared apartment there are two beds. She and her roommate get out every morning and exercise. Mom isnt alone very often, she really does stay busy. She gets a free manicure every other Monday from the onsite beautician, and also loves going to the physical therapist that comes by when hes in town. Overall mom is much happier and safer; I dont have to worry about her medication.
