I have the pleasure of being the Activities Director in the Assisted Living building in Menomonie for the last eleven years. In the past several of my relatives have lived at this facility! They have received absolutely nothing but the best care. I strive to offer one of the best activities programs in the area. We have had educational presentations, musical entertainment, outings to local places of business, large group games, cooking corner, crafting, book club, you name it if the tenants have expressed an interest I try my best to make it happen. We have a flourishing volunteer program to provide one to one visits etc. I would never hesitate to recommend this facility. Life is definitely not over when a family member moves into our facility its just getting started! It is my personal goal to offer many ways for my seniors to continue to grow every day!

My daughter Ashley lived at COH for the past 11 years until her passing in August of this year. She loved living there and became close with several members of the staff. They took very good care of her. I would have given 5 stars, but my concern was with the amount of staff at night. As Ashleys health declined, she needed more monitoring. Many residents need attention in the evening and at night and I feel that more staff hiring would ease the demand on staff and make them more available to the residents. That is my only suggestion. The place was always warm and inviting and I know it was the best choice for my daughter who would have never been able to live on her own. We were both very happy with her residing there for as many years as she did and I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for that special place for their loved one.

I moved my mother there 17 months ago and it was the best thing i ever did. The staff their is wonderful. I can't thank them enough for the loving care, dignity, and respect they showed my mother Lucilie while she was there. They keep me informed at all times about her health until the end. They're many activities, great food, clean, and under good management. I would and do highly recommend comforts of home to anyone.

Comforts of Home in Menomonie have 2 buildings. One for Memory care and one for assisted living. Both with an exceptional homey & warm feel as you walk in the door. They always seem to have a fun activity going on. From car shows, bands, Ice cream socials and more! Because its a care facility and not a nursing home, anyone whod like to work with people one on one can apply, no CNA is required. The company will train all of their employees. The staff at Comforts have always been very helpful and loving. My in laws have lived there for over 3 years and absolutely love it. Thank you Comforts of Home for taking care of them.

Comforts of Home is a great place to work! The care teams are loving and compassionate towards the residents and families. They really try to get to know what the residents enjoy to give them the best quality of care and life possible! The company owner's and operators are wonderful people that truly care about their employees. They have high standards and expectations of their teams which is a must for exceptional quality of care for the residents.

I have visited many times, and enjoy the friendly staff and helpful attitude everyone has. Management and staff are very caring and willing to go above and beyond when needed. Personally, I believe Comforts Menomonie to be a great place for a senior to live, not just exist.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and also about the people running it. I talked with Heather on the phone and my brother then toured the facility. We moved mom in and from the very beginning we all knew that she was exactly where she needs to be. She loves her apartment and the people and the staff. It's a small enough facility that you will get to know everyone and they have lots of activities and things to become involved with. I would highly recommend Comforts of Home!
