It's was not easy when mom had to move from assisted living to memory care. She was in a place that turned out to be not good at all. We needed to move her from this first memory care facility in a hurry. We toured Sage Meadows of Middleton with the Dawn and Colin. Some times you just know that people really do care. I feel strongly that the staff here is well taken care of and that in turn leads them to take very good care of the residents. We moved mom in the 22nd of August 2020. I have had more communication from Sage in 3 weeks than I did the whole 9 months from the last place. I highly recommend Sage Meadows!

Most of the staff were great. Even tho it's a small home, the staff have a lot of duty, besides taking care of their residents, such as cleaning rooms, prepping meals and activities.
