Residents are clean, well taken care of and happy. The care staff are quick to see what each resident needs and are able to cater to them. They follow a good diet and the meals are tasty and wholesome. 10/10

Windsor Gardens is the best memory care facility in town! It is second to none in giving the necessary care and one-on-one attention mom needs. The caregiving staff is knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell that they go the extra mile for each resident. The management is also very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. You really cant put a price on the peace of mind you have knowing that your loved one is so well taken care of. I would recommend Windsor Gardens to anyone!

Did some painting for their property and was very pleased with how professional the staff is and the quality of life the residents were provided. Only wish I could keep my home as clean as their facility. Would highly recommend.

My sister moved to Windsor Gardens three years ago when she was happy alert and still able to walk. She raved about Michael, the director, and loved being there. As she declined and required more care, Michael made sure everyone participated in a new approach to her care and it was obvious from the reports through my niece who visited her weekly that she was well cared for and happy. In her final days my nieces kept me posted on her as COVID 19 pandemic prevented my visitation. She continued to be alert and as lively as can be expected until her passing a few weeks ago. My own visits to her with my brother and other family members a past year, assured us she could not have had a better care home. Thank you to Michael and all his staff for being the best second family she could wish for.

The whole staff at this facility is so caring and knowledgable. They really know all of the nitty gritty details about all the patients which is very reassuring. Their facility is very homey and clean. This is the best Alzheimers and Dementia facility around!

When my mom needed memory care, we looked at many facilities in the local area. Several of them were places I would never want my mom to experience. Some of the larger ones were so impersonal that my mom would have been miserable. We were looking for a place where she would be treated with respect and dignity, despite her dementia and some personality issues. As soon as we walked in to Windsor Gardens, we knew this was the place for mom. Throughout her 2 1-2 year stay there, she received the best of care, good food, and was treated extremely well. I would have no hesitation recommending Windsor Gardens to anyone in need of memory care services for a loved one. And if and when that time comes for me, I would choose Windsor Gardens for my own care.

My mother has been to multiple facilities. Despite not being able to tell us what she wanted, Windsor felt like a place my mother really would have wanted to live. This is the best care she has ever received. These are compassionate people who are NOT driven by corporate interests. We are grateful for them.

Our dear sweet mother lived at Windsor Gardens the last year of her life. She had severe dementia....the staff at the facility treated her with love and respect...and met her every need...spiritual and physical....We will never forget what they did for her and for us.....thank you Windsor Gardens!!!

I am currently a Guardian with a client at Windsor Gardens. I am very pleased with the care and compassion Windsor Gardens provides for my client. Every time I visit (and my visits are unannounced) Ms. D is well groomed, and clean. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The other residents are up and about and in a good mood, and in good weather outside enjoying the central court yard.

This is truly one of the very best care facilities in Vancouver, WA. Dori and her team have over a period of 18 years taken care of 3 of my family members. My mother is now there on Hospice. We could not have found her this kind of Loving Care any where else. I am a Certified Senior Care Advisor and know all the care facilities very well. Windsor Gardens Memory Care has been a wonderful place for my mother. She is treated with love and dignity as all the people who reside there are. The staff at Windsor Gardens love what they are doing and it shows when they walk in the room and you see smiles on patients faces. I thank them for that everyday. Sometimes not to their face, but always to myself.

Looking for memory care for a family member is a difficult experience. We used one of the experienced local agents who knew the area and the facilities. Several were visited and for us Windsor Gardens stood out. Why? 1st. Security The campus is fenced and monitored to prevent roaming and disorientation. Our resident is very ambulatory and loves to walk and explore but gets lost. 2nd. Size. The resident population is 12 allowing for a close social community with a lot of interaction. 3rd. Staff. All care givers are very experienced and provide gentleness and concern for each resident. They make the Windsor like a home. 4th. Facility. Well laid out, neat, clean and tidy without offensive odors. I was visiting during the 3-4 day Washington, State inspections and Windsor passed with fly colors. A nice facility. Our family member has resided there for about 4 months and is very happy. The move to the Windsor was after five years from a very large facility with significantly more features and activities that are now unnecessary.So far the only negatives I have noticed have been with the facility. Lighting could be improved and sound-acoustic treatments may help keep the community activity noise down.

They provide amazing, compassionate care ALL THE TIME. My mother has dementia and her personality fluctuates from sunny to crabby. They are wonderfully patient in often difficult situations. After having Mom in another facility we moved her to Windsor Gardens and immediately I had a partner with her care. They are always available to give me a report on what is going on and ANY of the staff can answer any question. So I know they are all involved in her care. Windsor Gardens is the best and I am so thankful for them.

These people genuinely care in their hearts for my mother even though her care needs include urinary and bowel incontinence. They provide quality care at a very reasonable price and I rest easy knowing she is in excellent hands. When I visit I often hear her laughter or see a caregiver dancing with her in the hall or singing old songs with her. Highly recommend this place!

My mother has lived at Windsor Gardens for over three years. During this time, most of the staff has remained the same. They are kind and caring toward their residents, attending to each individual according to their various needs. On a tour of memory care homes and facilities, my father liked Windsor Gardens immediately. It is exceptionally clean, close to home, the staff is personable, and over time, they have helped to stabilize my mothers diabetes.
