Precious People is a wonderful facility with an incredibly generous owner and amazing staff. The owner, Stephanie Bowser, goes above and beyond for not just her residents but also her staff. Having been in the field of caring for vulnerable adults for most of her working career, Stephanie is well beyond experienced to give these adults the best care possible. She expects a lot from her staff; she expects them to give the same care she would and will step in when there are employees unable to do so. The safety of her residents is her number one priority and when she feels that safety is jeopardized, she does everything she can to remedy the situation immediately. It’s unfortunate there are former, disgruntled employees that need to go out of their way to slander Stephanie and her business because she didn’t allow them to walk all over her, take advantage of her and the rest of her staff, and provide her residents with less than mediocre care. Stephanie provides the best and expects the best. If one can’t handle that heat then perhaps they should stay out of the kitchen.

This adult family homes is one of the best I've been too. Seeing other facilities with careless staff, run down, residents are not happy, the food is poor and just flat out disgusting. Precious People AFH has a warm feel when you arrive. The outside is maintained and always decorated to each season to make the residents feel at home. The inside is very clean,including the attached apartment for the live in employee.You can tell the staff enjoys their job. They make everyone feel welcome. The owner of this AFH takes pride in her duty to make the residents feel warm and welcome. Not only does she care for the residents, she takes care of the staff as if they are family. I would 100% put a family member in here knowing they are well taken care of. Precious People absolutely upholds their name, as our family is so precious. ❤

This place is an amazing place, great staff great owners very easy-going loving caring people. The owner her self goes out of her way to make sure everybody’s taken care of, the house is taken care of, and will do anything and everything in her power for her residence! The smiles and loving care from the staff is way beyond measures way better than anything you would’ve ever expected from an adult family home.

Staff's are sweet as they can be, and they really do focus on the well being of their residents. They offer a lot of great services that a lot of of the agency might not. The residents really do feel like a home, and they treat each other like family. I don't know what else to tell you other then I'm completely satisfied and amazed by this AFH.
